Property Ratings at Hopewell Place
Third Floor Washer/Dryer still not repaired! Had been broken since August now First Floor Dryer had been broken since Sept. There's 92 units in this building & only 4 Washers/Dryers that are always broken & maintenance will slap a notice on them letting us know that they are aware of them being broken & NOT TO CALL THEM!! How the elderly in this building suppose to run up & down elevator pushing a walker to wash there clothes bcuz the Washer/Dryers on our floor (that we pay rent for) aren't being fixed as per our lease in timely fashion!! Tenants have been without HEAT for years given portable heaters/ AC no being repaired when it stops working. A tree fell down in the courtyard during a thunderstorm in summertime & it's still laying in the courtyard! What a pretty site to see when you're trying to lure NEW TENANTS! NOT TO MENTION THE DISGUSTING MOLDLY LOOKING SWIMMING POOL!! The only thing that t looks nice at HOPEWELL PLACE SENIOR APTS is the front entrance!! Ppl park where they're not suppose to & nothing is done or said about some of the tenants act like they run this building but they don't open their mouths to get anything repaired just sit in the lobby & watch what everyone does & gossip! Gossip! Yet will not get off their behinds to get the respect or level of living they deserve!! Walls need painting, screens have holes, carpets needs shampooing. Sometimes you smell dog urine in the lobby! Floors should be swept & mopped but you want ppl to live here. CANNOT WAIT ThILL MY LEASE IS UP!! Can't t figure out what's up with the water my white clothes after I wash them in HOT WATER & BLEACH come out tan looking like I've worn them or mopped my floor with them & we're suppose to drink that?? And cook with brown water?? Isn't this suppose to be well water?! What the heck is in it!! My drinking glasses have a brown tint to them now!! Smh!!
