Such a wonderful place to live! Beautiful, quiet, clean and safe community. There are so many amenities and the staff is great and is always going the extra mile!
My building has never been secure, therapy pool is not available 24/7, there is no nurse or doctor available, no restaurant, no salon as told to me when I moved in. There is a pit bull on the premises and they have subsidized housing. This was never mentioned upon leasing. Management is rarely available.
Like my apartment EXCEPT for the ceiling fan & lights on & off (been told it is an issue w/ poor selection of equipment as remotes in other apartments have the same setting BUT they refuse to fix the issue!!!) The building has NEVER been secure as an exterior door has no tumbler so anyone can easily access the building & mgt has been made aware but NOTHING done to address the issue for over a year! Inconsistent staffing in the leasing office. Approx. half the bldg has subsidized housing w/o this info being made public. Listed/advertised as a smoke-free community but sev residents & staff smoke on the property! Maintenance & cleaning is poor & inconsistent. So many promised amenities are nonexistent. Etc., etc...
