Everyones is good here, especially Eric. They try to resolve issues asap and they keep it transparent. Just be careful to look at the apartment before signing a lease, I didn't do it and ended up signing a lease for an apartment next to highway. That was the only issue.
This is the worst place I've ever lived. Roaches, poor maintenance, lack of communication. I broke my lease just to have peace.
I am so happy with all the improvements they have made. It seems like they finally have a staff that cares!! I will admit I had my issues in the past but things seem to be getting much better! The office is much more helpful and actually answers the phone. Maintenance has been a big help when I had issues due to the winter storm. I love it here and so does my son. The new manager told me they are going to put in a new playground this year too!!
Been living here for year!! office staff changed .. they actually now answer the phone !! all ladies in the office are ready to assist you. They are always quick to assist , they try to make sure issue is repaired before i left office . Could not pay rent online felina assisted me and fixed the problem . Doing nice work ladies!!
First off I wanna say my apartment is beautiful! I love everything about it , it’s so homey! Felina was so helpful in everything and explained everything in details with me, the manager Rachael is amazing , always willing to help anyone, she is a sweetheart! Keke always with a positive attitude as soon as you walk into the door! ?? the Maitaince staff is always quick to get the issues in my apartment fixed as soon as possible! Let’s talk about the dog park I have two fur babies and they enjoy it , I have found my forever home (:
Maintenance is very slow they are always short staffed. Front office is rude and will give you the run around. Their was a shooting right under my unit and those tenants are still here. Blood was all over the place.
Staff is rude and they lie tell you one thing and then do something completely different. No parking and cars racing Heard through out the night.
Since day one they made me feel at home. The office staff was very nice and welcoming. The property is very nice, its clean and very well maintained. My work orders sometimes take a bit but they surely get to it in a timely manner. They're all truly amazing. We have 2 very nice pools and a gym, i think theyre building another. The grass areas are amazing for my dog and they stay pretty clean. manager sends out a lot of emails with great and professional communication. You will love it here.
I have lived here for 8 months and I love the location. I'm near Ross and Marshall's which are my favorite stores. My apartment has a beautiful view of the court yard area. Parking is a little tight but other then that I have no complaints. I definitely would recommend this community.
Been here 8 months now, complex is pretty good. It's really quiet here, few things here and there, but it's always fixed. Ufani is a rockstar, taking care of everything we need. Marcel in maintenance is awesome as well, really cared about things that needed to be taken care of. That's really appreciated :) main improvement can be that the inside of the appt could of been better taken care of before we moved in, but they fixed mostly everything. I'll be the outlier here and say that I love that our balcony is now covered and no bugs can get in! that's fantastic.
Office staff did nothing but give me the run around when I was looking to rent a 2 bdrm... I called more than 5 times in one day and each time I spoke with someone different about the same issue.. I wanted to move in 7 days later than they normally hold an apt and was told they had to ask their manager but was never called or emailed back. This is the worst service I have ever gotten from an apartment complex.
I love my new apartment! The courtyard is right outside my front door and balcony so the view is very relaxing. I really enjoy having a glass of wine after work and reading on my balcony. I’ve lived in a home all of my life and really glad I chose this apartment complex.
They have a friendly office staff.I like the fact they dont have a constant change over in mgmt.They do try to work with people. In addition,I do feel like this is a safe place to raise your child.
I actually love it here! The property is really pretty and kept very clean. Everything in my apartment looks up to date and brand new. Employees here are very helpful and nice. It’s also pet friendly and has its own dog park which is good because no I have 2 dogs. And it’s a pretty quiet place. Very peaceful .
This apartment never care to repair not fix any thing that is not working. I am having a plumbing issues for the past three months that makes my apartment smell like a dead body but they never cared to fix it. My washing drier is not working for the past six months and I have been complaining but they never cared. People are allowed to put their trash by their doors steps for weeks which make the whole place stink and the management refuses to call those people to order. My front door key is not secured still they never cared to fix it. I will not advise nor encourage people to live in this apartment and the owner should please fire this people before the ruin your business completely.
We've been dealing with noisy neighbors above us for 2 years now! When we go to tell the office all they say is "we will talk to them". Nothing ever changed. Now that we have decided to leave they tried to charge my husband $1,500 because THEY didn't sign the 60 day notice. They were very unprofessional this last month. I will say that the maintenance staff is awesome. Couldn't ask for a better crew ??
I have been living here under a six month lease which is nice. The rent is low and that is good about this place. The issue i have with this place is the appliances. They are very old and unless you want to pay extra a month, you will be stuck with them. The dishwasher doesn't work very well and the counter tops are not very good. The parking lot and area is also moderately dirty. All of the systems in this complex are old and break down. The maintenance team is good but they are on the slow side (3-4 days) unless your A/C is broken. They are fast about that. This place is not amazing and not bad. The price and location are the spelling points.
This Apartment complex and management is horrible. They are not professional at all. The major issue I had was with my lease and it was their fault and their employee said it was their fault and they still did not want to correct their error. They do not care about their tenants they just care about the money. I didn't even want to give them one star.
I moved in only a few months but so far the reason I give two stars is because of the SPACE! This place is ok ...need space for the kids...But when it comes to FIXING.. Maintenance will NOT fix anything that they didn't not personally buy themselves... I'm having plumbing issues and they came out to fix it but it only lasted a few weeks and problem reoccurred. Along with the false advertisement of the amenities that I seen online I guess to get more people to rent them out. I would not recommend these apartments.
I have been here for about a year and 3 months. I love the staff very friendly. I want to say I am happy here, but that's not the case. Since moving in May of last year ive had an issue with, now proof to be called an infestation, mice. The first day of moving in I found a dead one in the second bedroom closet. I informed the staff. Nothing was done just a "sorry about that". I didn't press on, let it be after that. About a couple weeks into my 1yr contract, again I find another dead mouse. This one in the kitchen next to the water heater. I immediately blame the previous tenant thinking they must not have been clean people and just left trash everywhere for me to be finding dead mice randomly. The fact that I kept finding these things dead made it more easier for me to just blame it on the last tenant cleanliness. THEN all that changed. Short explanation I kept hearing scratching, squeaking, chewing late at nights. First in my kitchen now slowly into my living room walls. Management has been aware of this issue. All they can do, or at least have done is set one sticky pad trap underneath my sink. I have to go out of pocket for even more traps. Since all the management will do is place 1 trap for me. So now being stuck here because lack of being unprepared expense wise to move. I want to warn anyone looking at these apartments in advance. I'm up at night because of this, it's costing me extra to purchase traps. I've caught a total of 6 mice, and the number is rising. I have two children and worry about them getting bit or them catching any disease from this. Aparently this is not an issue you can break a lease for. Keep in mind I live third floor, no problem with keeping my place clean and we'll kept. Avoid this place and save yourself your peace of mind and $$$. As for myself I finally have enough time to pack and save so I do not have to sign another lease into this infested complex. Looking forward to it.
Overall, the apartment is okay. This complex is close to places to shop, eat, get gas, groceries and etc. It used to not be gated but now it is. What I don't like about it is the noise. It can get too noisy especially during the afternoon when all the kids are playing around. But it is a decent place to live in.
Originally, I moved to Horizons At Sunridge because it was 10 minutes away from the library I worked at. I wound up sticking with them through two other library jobs with one hour (if I was lucky) daily commutes for one reason - the staff. The staff here - both in the office and the maintenance team - are top notch and more than willing to work with you when emergencies come up. And I don't mean just the standard emergencies with AC's failing or the apartment above me developing a leak in their plumbing. On one occasion, when an issue with my paycheck clearing at work left me unable to pay my rent on time, they cheerfully accepted half up front since I had never had missed a payment before and they trusted me to get the rest as soon as possible. When I had car trouble - again just before my pay day - one of the women in the office loaned me the money to pay my towing fees. And - most impressively - when one of the maintenance men stumbled across a burglar breaking into several apartments in my building - they ran after the crook as he bolted for his vehicle, chased after him while calling the cops, got his license plate number and maintained pursuit until the police were able to head him off. I've lived in quite a few places but I've never lived in an apartment block where the staff worked so hard to make the complex feel like a small neighborhood. That's why I'm reluctant to think of living any place else.
I enjoy living in this apartment complex because of the location especially. It is close to everything, such as North Richland Hills, Arlington, downtown Fort Worth, Iriving, and the George Bush Toll Road that I use a lot. I love the courtyard where my patio looks out on. The apartment is perfect for me because of the layout and the fact that there are hardwood floors. The electrictiy bill is always low becuase of all the trees that shade my apartment. The office staff are wonderful and all my maintenance requests have been handled in a timely manner. Also, the pool is beautiful and a lot of fun in the summer.
