Worst place I've ever lived
I am currently trying to move OUT of this apartment building! This has been the worst place I've ever lived by far. We have been here since June and my boyfriends car got hit and there are no working cameras in the parking lot so we couldn't even figure out who did it. The landlord dodged our calls for weeks and finally said he would take money off our months rent so he could pay to get his car fix. Then, at about month 3 of living here I noticed mice poop on my counters and floors. We called the landlord and he gave us mice traps and that was it. Now, the past week I have killed about 4 roaches!!!!!! I have a 5 year old daughter who woke up to brush her teeth and found one in the sink!!!!! I called the landlord today and he completely did not care about my complaints, it was like he was just trying to appease me to get me off the phone! He said an exterminator would be here sometimes today for my apartment and then on Tuesday for the whole building. I told him I want OUT and I want ALL of my security deposit in the process and he said he would give it all back (not sure if I believe him). I'm looking for a new place to live and I came across this website showing for Horseplain Rd and I felt I needed to share my experience because I would never wish this on anyone!!! The layout of the apartment is beautiful on the inside but don't let that fool you!!!! I wish the person below my comment wrote sooner before we made the mistake of moving in this place. It seems quiet during the day but at night people are out smoking weed and blasting there music, we have a woman who lives downstairs who will stand on the stairs and yell curse words at me and my child for no reason. I warn everyone: do not live here!!!! Unless you don't mind mice, roaches, loud music, and disruptive neighbors living around you. I can not wait to get out of here!!!! This has been the longest 4 months of my life!!!!

Terrible Apartment
Would give this place 0 stars if possible. Place was filled with roaches and the landlord did very little to resolve the issue. Poor neighborhood and terrible neighbors; constantly blasting loud music and drinking and smoking outside our windows. My car was stolen and the second car was smashed into by the drunk they had plow the lot. Do NOT waste your money here!!
