Property Ratings at Hoy Towers
I love my apartment, it is perfect for me. It is a 1 bedroom apartment with a kitchen, living room and 1 bathroom. It's not too big, but has everything I need. I am handicapped and in a wheelchair, so it's important that my apartment has tile flooring which it does. Carpets would get too muddy and be too difficult to roll over all day long. The doorways to enter the apartment, to the bedroom and bathroom are plenty wide for me. As you enter my apartment, you are in the living room. To the left is the kitchen which does not even have a doorway which is a plus. It's got plenty of cabinet space and another plus is you can see the hear and even see the TV from the kitchen. In fact, I have 2 TV's in the living room next to each other so I can watch 1 game with the sound on on my main TV, and watch another game with the sound off on my secondary TV. (I mostly watch sports) Past the kitchen to the left is the bedroom which is a nice size and has a closet on the wall nearest the foot of my bed. The closet has a shelf which I put another TV on so I can watch TV from bed. From my bedroom, there is a doorway to the left into the bathroom which is handicapped friendly and perfect for me. It is a large bathroom with hand rails next to the toilet. The shower also has a handrail and a bench that folds down from the back wall for me to sit on to shower, and there is a hand nozzle to shower with. That's my apartment. I LOVE it, and I hope I never have to move out.
