Apartment is great, but the move-in was delayed by the leasing office for no reason and maintenance request took too long. Seems very mismanaged
I have been enjoying living at the Hub so much so far! The pool and gym are so nice!! I also am enjoying all the other amenities and the view from our balcony.
A lovely place, but the walls are thin and the giant concrete pillars in my room next to my bed and desk tend to shed dust at all times. Great amenities, however!
The apartment itself is quite nice, despite some damages leftover from construction. The amenities on the second floor are also great, and I cannot wait to use them throughout the year. The problems arise with the package room, which feels overcomplicated and buggy. Packages are going missing, notifications are not being sent out, and the system struggles to handle deliveries with multiple packages.
It’s been great. Everything looks somewhat luxurious and well done. My only complaints are that construction and design might have messed up painting and things like that with a few chips on the doors here and there but otherwise everything is amazing.
Helen and James are awesome. They helped me when I thought I could not get an apartment. All hope was lost. I was very upset until they stepped in and I got the apartment I wanted

It’s a great building with lots of amenities and lots of space and lighting in the There are random solid concrete pillars in the middle of the bedrooms which made it hard to move around.
everyone has been super helpful and sweet! pretty smooth move in experience with limited troubles! they had an open bar and complimentary food as well which was really nice and people unloaded all of my things for me which was so nice!
So far so good, I have only done a quick tour as I have lived here for two days now. The amenities look great and I am excited for the semester to come. I also appreciate the location as I am a University of Cincinnati student and will be walking too and from often.
great experience! apartment is cozy and staff is very nice. Move in day went great and they hired professional mover to help move us in which were very helpful while also providing us with food and drinks throughout the day. Glad I get to be a part of such a wonderful community!
Its nice but alot of damage to furnature and apartment for a new building flooring scrapes; on walls patch work on paint is clear they were in a rush to finish before deadline.
Really Smooth Move In, nice environment with plenty of nice helpers and snacks. i felt welcomed and was provided basic amenities like trashbags to get me started
The move in was nice and the amenities are way beyond expectations. Your door can be controlled by your phone if you wish so you can make sure it’s locked and see the temperature. The living spaces are cozy and the showers are huge! The rooftop area view is a lot cooler than I was expecting! I’ve seen parts of the city I didn’t know existed!

It wasn’t entirely what I was expecting but still a beautiful apartment. Very industrial looking. There is some unevenness in the floor and dirt everywhere even though the apartment is brand new, which was disappointing. The cabinets in my unit scrape the ceiling. Just some bad construction. The move-in process was horrendous but all of the employees are incredible.
Love the apartment and amenities! I’m only in the standard unit and it’s easily the nicest apartment I’ve lived in for school and in general.
I have had an amazing time communicating freely with the wonderful team hub cinci has. They have the best staff team possible and it’s just one of the many positive things I have to say.

The people are nice so far! I haven't moved in yet but the process is very set in stone on when you are supposed to move in. It is very expensive but if you are looking for something large and safe this is good.

I am a future resident at Hub Cincinnati and am very excited for what the building has to offer. Although the building is still under construction, the staff at the leasing office have been some of the most helpful and understanding people when it comes to applying, signing a lease, and making sure everything works out. If you have any questions I recommend giving them a call or stopping into the leasing office. The tour I took of their model apartment is modern and stylish. For all the amenities that come with a lease, I am extremely excited to start living here. Hub will definitely be the new place to be, addressing a major problem with UC housing and creating a great place to live.
