The apartments are beautiful and are very spacious. There is a lot of storage in each room and the furniture is nice. However, management is not always responsive even during business hours and the apartment was not cleaned prior to move in and there were stains on the floor.

Everything is great. I enjoy the amenities in particular. The staff is very tentative and friendly. We chose an apartment with a balcony which I love as well.
My room/apartment was not cleaned/did not seem to be inspected prior to move in but they were able to send a cleaning team up to take care of it on move in day.

I moved in this Tuesday with Elevate move-in and it was amazing! The movers provided for Elevated move-in were extremely nice and helpful! Service has been good and quick!

The staff is very rude. Management is not accommodating at all. They are not understanding at all about personal circumstances regarding move in. It’s a shame because I am paying so much money in rent. Do better.

Love living at the hub on third, so close to campus and publix. Definitely love the rooftop pool and study rooms and the staff do cute events all the time for residents
