The maintenance team at the hub is friendly and helpful from problems big to small, and they are very responsive!

Compared to the other buildings near the UMN campus the hub feels like a premium place to stay with its well kept amenities and constant community events.

We spent a lot of time looking at many apartment options near UMN and the Hub stood out for location, quality of apartment, safety, and amenities (gym, pool area and community rooms). The staff members are friendly, professional and responsive. They have in-house maintenance to address issues quickly and a staff member on call after office hours. Over two years of living at the Hub and still enjoying a positive living experience.

I am a current resident. I love the amenities here! The rooftop hot tub has a great view of the full Minneapolis skyline and you can watch the Gophers play in Huntington Bank Stadium from the sky lounge!

I love stopping by the office and chatting with all the cool workers down there! They are all very helpful and they even sometimes have free stuff too!

I love living here so much! I feel very welcomed and I love all the events that they do here. I remember a few months ago there was a smoothie event and it was really tasty!

My cat loves living here and it is great that he is welcomed!

As a student at the University of Minnesota, this is such a convenient location for me. Numerous eating establishments, public transportation, and east bank University buildings are all within blocks of distance. There's even a hotel right across the street which is super convenient when it is parents' weekend.

I really love the Hub! I had a very bad roommate situation in the dorms, so I moved out and found a 1 bed 1 bath here and I love it! The office and managerial staff are so nice and have been very helpful as this is my first time living on my own. Thank you Hub!

The hub has not one, but TWO super nice hot tubs! There's even one on the 26th floor that comes with such a nice view of the city! People are always super nice and friendly so it's never awkward, even if you are going by yourself!

The hub is in such a convenient location for students attending the University of Minnesota Twin Cities. Not only is it right next to campus, but it is right next to the light rail, multiple food chains, and a couple of convenience stores! When it comes to location, Hub comes out on top!

I don't know if other apartment buildings are as frequent with this type of thing, but the hub has so many fun and interactive resident events! From bouquet-making to free massages, to even just coloring, I have so much fun at all of these events!

I often see the maintenance team around the building; they are very personable. They are always down for a friendly conversation, and I feel welcome within the building. When I make maintenance requests, they usually get completed within a very reasonable amount of time. Thank you maintenance!

I personally love it at Hub Minneapolis! The office staff is so friendly and helpful, and the maintenance team is very nice as well! I have had some issues with some appliances throughout my three years living at Hub, but each time, Trevor fixes any issues while showing me what he's doing and giving me tips to prevent any future issues! It's really nice to live in a building with staff that don't just look at you as a number. Thank you, Trevor!

This is the third property that I've lived at in this area and this one has been the most helpful to me BY FAR! I've been super skeptical because of issues in past living situations, so I scheduled a one-on-one meeting with the Property Manager, Emilie. She was beyond helpful and answered all of my questions, while not overwhelming me or confusing me with her responses. Thank you so much, Emilie! I am loving my time here at the Hub!

Not only is the office staff wonderful, but the maintenance team is so helpful! I was having issues with my microwave and Harry came in to fix it in a very timely matter. He fixed the issue and then explained to me what he did and why he did it so I would know what to do in case any issues arise in the future. Thank you, Harry, and thank you, Hub!

The hub is great! It is a bit pricey but pretty equal to surrounding properties; overall you definitely get more bang for your buck at the Hub. Amenities, location, views, and updates in units make it worth it! My favorite amenity is the private study rooms that allow me to get my work done in a quiet, private space!

Living at the hub has been the best choice I've ever made. The location is perfect, amenities are great, maintenance is helpful, and the office staff are always friendly. Definitely recommend!

I have lived here for the past 3 years and have signed to live here next year for a 4th year! I love all of the amenities especially tanning by the pool in the summer. I also love the location of the building as it is very close to all of my classes and close to a lot of food options. I definitely recommend living here!

Hub Minneapolis has the greatest location on campus! Not too far from Dinkytown and right next to the light rail! I also enjoy the amenities like the rooftop hot tub!

I really enjoyed living at the Hub. The amenties and apartment was super clean. My light stopped working and the maintenance team came really fast to fix it. Overall, it is a nice place.

I just toured the Hub Minneapolis and I was very impressed. The tour showed the model units and the amenities and there is a lot to do in this building. I am so excited to live here next year and use the hot tub on the roof. The units were very beautiful and had new appliances and great views. My tour guide was Maddy and she was very nice and answered all my questions.

I lived at the Hub this past year and everything was great. The maintenance guys were always so helpful if my apartment ever had any issues they always fixed it day of or day after. The gym is super nice and not too busy, the sauna and hottubs are amazing to use after working out. I like my unit too, I got a big room with corner windows which was so nice during the winter to get as much sunlight as possible.

Hub Minneapolis has a great location. It is located within close proximity of the light rail as well as various study spots on campus. The amenities offered are quite nice; the pool deck is superb for tanning in the summer, as well as offers a hot tub for chilly weather. The staff is friendly and welcoming and always keeps their complimentary fridge full of tasty and caffeinated beverages.

The floor plan options are endless. The views are fantastic. It's penthouse living at its finest. Fabulous amenities - hot tub on the top floor for those who rent on the upper penthouse floors. The staff is knowledgable and friendly (ask for Kaci). Don't miss touring this building and considering when looking for housing near campus. Close to everything - bars, restaraurnts, the train, etc! My daughter just renewed her lease for what will be her third year in this building. She's very happy here!

I have lived here since September and I renewed my lease for another year because it is a great apartment to live in. I really like the club room and how I can get my coffee there in the mornings for free.

The Hub is a great place to live and the CA Kaci is super kind and helpful!! I really like the views from the 26th floor lounge and hot tub. I miss when the pool was open and can’t wait for this summer. The resident events are always really cool, they even had a free headshot event recently. I like that there is a security guard every night and appreciate the helpfulness of the office and maintenance staff. The light rail is conveniently accessible as well.

The Hub is a great luxury option on the UMN campus. The staff are very friendly and maintenance responds quickly to any requests. The gym has a wide variety of options and the sauna is a nice addition. They always put on cool resident events and give gifts like Bubblr. I would recommend it to everyone for the great views and location!

I love the Hub! It provides an elevated option for on campus living with great amenities and excellent views. It’s in walking distance from many restaurants and the UMN campus. The penthouse units are very cool and I love the sky lounge! It’s very convenient to be right above Caribou Coffee and so close to the light rail.

The Hub is an amazing place to live! The amenities and location are the best on campus! The maintenance crew and office staff are always pleasant and very helpful. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.

My daughter is currently a student at UMN and residing at Hub. We have been very pleased from the organization at move-in, communication, quick maintenance, pleasant interactions with staff, safety, programs and events held to get the students acclimated. We are very pleased with our decision to lease here. Definitely recommend!

The Hub is the best apartment to live on on campus. It's so close to all the classes on east bank and the west bank classes are easy to get to because the light rail is right outside. I love the gym here it has everything I need and the rooftop hottub with the view of downtown can't be beat.

My son has been living here for a few months, and it is so much better than his last place! I feel comfortable and safe about him living in the building, there are a lot of security checkpoints through their fobs. His apartment is spacious for the cost.

The apartment is right across the street from the health sciences building at the U, so if you're in the dental school like me, its perfect.

This apartment has been the best I have lived in so far. It has great amenities and my unit is nice.

The location right next to campus is unbeatable, and the views (being the tallest apartment tower in the area) are insane. Light rail access is right outside the front door, too.

The Hub has a great location especially if you’re a UofM student- close to classes, restaurants, and downtown. I have enjoyed the fun resident events they’ve had and have loved using the pool during the summer! Overall I have had a positive experience living at Hub!

I moved into Hub Minneapolis in September and I couldn’t be happier. All of the resident events are so nice and show that the staff really cares about us. I haven’t had an major issues with my appliances, but the small ones have been fixed day-of by the maintenance staff. The location is ideal since the U campus is right there. I renewed my lease for next year and I am so excited!
