Hub Blacksburg

The Hub Blacksburg provides furnished rooms with a modern touch. There are plenty of bus stops near The Hub making the transit to campus less of a hassle.

Personally, I have not been super impressed with the quality of things at the Hub. We had to put in 3 maintenance requests the day we moved in, and still haven’t gotten them all fulfilled. However, the staff has been fairly friendly and helpful if I have questions.

My experience living at the Hub has been seamless so far. Move in was quick and made very convenient. The apartment was clean upon moving in and nothing has broken yet.

Amenties are great and facility is well managed. Staff was very nice and helpful when needed. Working staff came very quickly when we requested and solved the problem quickly.

My experience has been good, the staff are nice and the amenities are good. Convenient on the bus route and good space in the apartment is good. Only downside is that we have at least 5 lightbulbs out that have not been replaced.

I enjoy living here. The pool is very nice and the study rooms are perfect. I never hear too much noise in my room. I feel as though the rooms are spaced out very nicely.

it was really easy to move in, well organized, the rooms itself were clean as well as the bathrooms, and the staff made it easy to locate everything.

My resident experience has been good so far. I live in a duplex and have been happy with the apartment thus far. Love my apartment and all the perks it comes with. I did have some issues contacting the Hub staff. Moreover, the gym is closed again, which has been very disappointing. I lived at the Hub during my sophomore year when the gym was being renovated and going through this experience is very annoying.

Super cute. I love the room it’s so big. The living room is huge. The tv is huge. The sofa is so comfortable. There is so much storage area.

Love the place! Super cute and modern??The kitchen is beautiful, it has an amazing pearly white island. The stove is super nice has 5 burners and all of them heat super well.

Super cute apartment. Super clean and modern, organized. The living room tv is such a good size. The counter is cute. The washing machine works good.

So far I am pleased with the apartment complex besides the fact that the gym is under renovation since I saw that as such an asset to this complex with it not being ready for use when school starts isn't ideal. But love the modern style of the apartment, haven't had time to check out other amenities really yet but looking forward to getting by the pool and using the grills! Staff seem great and very enthusiastic and helpful

Super easy move in. No problems for me personally. Everything was clean and the handoff of the materials was efficient. Really no issues to speak of

The Hub is a very nice place. The staff were helpful, and moving in was stress-free. The room was a little dirty, but nothing too bad. Just some dirt on the floor.

. The management team is incredibly attentive and professional, always quick to address any concerns or maintenance requests. The amenities are top-notch, from the well-equipped fitness center to the beautifully maintained pool and common areas. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with high-quality finishes that make it feel like home right away.

I love all the amenities and the community that the hub fosters, I feel so at home in this home away from home. I also love all the events that help me meet my neighbors!

Very nice and new apartments. Staff and management are nice, understanding, and easy to work with. Have lived here for about 3 years and have not had a bad experience.

I LOVE the way that the HUB is receptive to improvement, and continuously betters itself to help its residents! Even now, telling the HUB about my Resident Experience, shows me how willing they are to listen to us! :)

Mostly love the hub. Only annoying thing was the garage being opened majority of the year. Even though they towed people it wasn’t enough, I had a parking pass and some nights couldn’t find a single spot in the garage. Other than that, great place to live.

It is very good. I am getting plenty of help on the phone whenever I have a question and the website is very easy to use. Overall, it is a great experience.

Its nice looking place from the outside but when you live there you’ll notice its faults. you can tell the building was made quickly and cheaply ( walls are very thin??). wish rent was cheaper

Ameneties are great, but there’s always so many closures. Staff is nice most of the time but seems inexperienced or rude other times. Overall pretty good.

The Hub is a very clean place with some great amenities. Laundry and dishwasher in house, each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, great gym and pool areas, and some fun resident benefits/activities. Work orders get filled quickly and they’re quick to help you with problems that arise.

For the price you’re paying and proximity to campus, I highly recommend Hub Blacksburg. The amenities and fully furnished apartments are great and made move-in super simple.

Service requests can be slow if not marked urgent. Hallways rarely cleaned unless there is a biohazard. Other than those it’s a high quality complex with many amenities.

i'm so excited to live there. I can't wait to see the view and the apartment and the hot tub in the pool. The guest have been great. Everyone is communicating very well.

not a great complex to live at and management is not that great. Reply times tend to take a long time from them. Office has lost packages and lied about it.

Everything about the apartment was super nice, maintenance always came super fast. the building itself is really clean. customer service was always helpful and fixed any issues almost immediately.

Pretty terrible management. The gym flooded last year for two months and was inaccessible. Now, it burned down for a month and has been unusable again. Refused to send me my lease so I've had to move units my senior year. They also switch wifi over the summer months to be slower than the school year.

Beautiful apartment building. The study rooms are amazing and produce a study conducive environment! The amenities this apartment building provides is such a splendor!

There are many amenities available to use and various events in the lobby that happen from time to time. Front lobby staff is accommodating and helpful!

My time at the Hub Blacksburg has been great! The community is so welcoming and the activities held are great to meet new people! I plan on staying at the Hub for the remainder of my time I’m staying in Blacksburg!

It is wonderful and the community is welcoming as well as gave me tips and tricks on how to navigate the Hub as well as making sure I set up auto payments.

I love living at the hub!! all of the amenities are top notch and I love the cozy vibe of my unit!! the only thing I noticed was that the hot tubs outside are a little weird as I wasn't able to properly turn them on.

Very nice apartments, but gym is lacking a lot. Super easy to get to bus stops and walk to campus is short. Very pretty pool and good cleanliness.

Good. I liked the floor plans and apartment amenities. It was brand new when I moved in so everything was clean and the technology was slick and new.

so far, everything has been incredibly straight forward, and I feel heard and respected by the office. I’m so excited to move in, and hopefully it continues to be a smooth process!

great living space and amenities. The bus schedule also works out really well and allows for a fast way to campus without any hastle. It is also close to a bunch of great food places!

Something always seems to be broken and it’s the gym right now which is inconvenient. That being said it’s been good otherwise. Room for improvement.

I’ve lived at Hub Blacksburg for three years since they first opened. It has been a pretty good experience and the apartments are nicely located to campus.

The hub is a very nice place to live in. The staff are very nice, the rooms are also very nice. The walls, however, are very thin and I can whenever someone is walking in the apartment above me.

My experience living at the hub has been fantastic. The amenities are amazing and the location is very accessible with busses and to campus and surrounding apartments which is nice. Maintenance is good.
