Great place to live. Awesome amenities especially if you have a dog. The woof deck is amazing especially if training a puppy like I was. I haven’t been there through the winter yet, but no doubt when snowing it will come in handy as well.

Living at Hub50House has been a wonderful experience! The panoramic views from my window are breathtaking—whether it’s sunrise, sunset, or just a clear day, it always feels special to look out and enjoy the cityscape and water views. Another highlight is definitely the coffee station in the common area. The cold brew there is delicious and makes for the perfect start to the morning or an afternoon pick-me-up. What’s also great about living here is how pet-friendly the community is. It’s so comforting to see neighbors with their dogs, and it makes the place feel warm and welcoming. The amenities make life so much more enjoyable, and the attention to detail really shows that the team at Hub50House cares about creating a great living experience for everyone. The best view in the city!! Love the pool and the 15th floor amenities are great! There are plenty of grills to use and there are nice planting on the 15th floor to enhance the outdoor space.

I’ve been living at Hub50 House, and it’s been great! The location near TD Garden is super convenient with lots of amenities nearby. The building has everything you need—pool, gym, and a rooftop lounge with awesome views. The staff is always helpful, and they organize fun community events. Hub50 is always clean, has an EXCELLENT staff who are very helpful, attentive and caring, and the building is full of cute dogs! Cold brew on tap makes the WFH area perfect. A few more desk style seating options rather than the comfort and style options would be nice.

So far everything has been great here at Hub50 house. The leasing agents have been wonderful and are so quick to answer, even after moving in. Additionally the concierges were incredibly helpful with the move in. The cleaning staff empty out the garbage rooms so efficiently and quickly and we had so many packages/boxes which made things exceptional. We are so happy here already!

All staff have been exceptionally helpful, and the property is amazing. Location couldn't be better and all the amenities and great. The one caveat to all of this is the move-in process, which was a bit arduous and the parking situatuon, being that you have to take 2 elevators. Realistically this review should be higher than 4, but 5 stars would mean a flawless experience.

I highly recommend this apartment building if you’re looking for a central location in walking distance to most of the city and Cambridge. The amenities are really useful and there is a sense of security with the multiple security points required to enter and the 24/7 concierge.

The place is gorgeous, but the best part of living here is the people who work here. Bozzuto has hired exceptionally well and it shows in your everyday experience as a tenant. The concierge, the leasing offfice, the maintenance crew — they are all top notch and make it nice to come home to everyday!

I love my new home here, the environment is sooo good, even though it’s far from my workplace but transportation is good, no need to worry about that, and supermarkets is pretty close.

Love living here. It's exorbitantly expensive, but the units themselves are really nice, and you get more for your limited space than some larger, less expensive apartments in the area. Amenities are stunning. Staff are helpful, concierges are all really great, friendly, and very knowledgable. The area around the building is great too. Two downsides: As mentioned, you don't get a lot of space for your higher-than-market rent, and parking is not quite abysmal, but a step above that. You basically have to pay $500-600 to park in the North Station Garage, and will get stuck in traffic or be shut out for stretches of time because of the Garden. Street parking is almost never available. Not Bozzuto's fault, but it's a thing to be aware of.
