My wife and I have lived at this property for nearly 3 years and highly recommend it. Amazing views, incredible amenities and fantastic staff. We have been very happy here and made some great friends along the way. Also love the regular events put on by the staff. Our favorite feature is probably the rafters access for the TD Garden. Really enjoy hub50house. Everything is great except I wish the water pressure in the shower was higher although it's not a deal breaker. The amenities are great, I love the pelotons.

The amenities at Hub50 House are incredible. The woof deck for my dog is the best and the 15th floor grill area and living areas are amazing. Love the coffee maker and the workers are super nice and helpful.

The building is nice. The amenities are great. However, there is no check on barking dogs. If you are stuck on a floor with rowdy dogs you're stuck.
Living at Hub50 is the dream! Super close to North Station, Star Market, TD Garden etc. I recommend to anyone looking to move to Boston and want to be close to everything!

Great place to live. Awesome amenities especially if you have a dog. The woof deck is amazing especially if training a puppy like I was. I haven’t been there through the winter yet, but no doubt when snowing it will come in handy as well.

Living at Hub50House has been a wonderful experience! The panoramic views from my window are breathtaking—whether it’s sunrise, sunset, or just a clear day, it always feels special to look out and enjoy the cityscape and water views. Another highlight is definitely the coffee station in the common area. The cold brew there is delicious and makes for the perfect start to the morning or an afternoon pick-me-up. What’s also great about living here is how pet-friendly the community is. It’s so comforting to see neighbors with their dogs, and it makes the place feel warm and welcoming. The amenities make life so much more enjoyable, and the attention to detail really shows that the team at Hub50House cares about creating a great living experience for everyone. The best view in the city!! Love the pool and the 15th floor amenities are great! There are plenty of grills to use and there are nice planting on the 15th floor to enhance the outdoor space.

I’ve been living at Hub50 House, and it’s been great! The location near TD Garden is super convenient with lots of amenities nearby. The building has everything you need—pool, gym, and a rooftop lounge with awesome views. The staff is always helpful, and they organize fun community events. Overall, it's a really comfortable and enjoyable place to live, and I’d definitely recommend it!

I love living at Hub50 House! The employees are all so excellent and helpful to whatever you need. Elevators are fast and amenities are top of the line.

Generly pleased with things. Was disappointed windows were not cleaned in early summer like the rest of building. Would like more educational events aimed at adults.

Hub50 is always clean, has an EXCELLENT staff who are very helpful, attentive and caring, and the building is full of cute dogs! Cold brew on tap makes the WFH area perfect. A few more desk style seating options rather than the comfort and style options would be nice.

I have loved living in this community. It is quiet, well maintained, and the staff is responsible and caring! I cannot imagine myself living anywhere else at this point in my life.

The addition of kids events has made this such a wonderful environment to raise my daughter. Today we had the Little Groove event and it was awesome. Thank you for always bringing top events to the community.

So far everything has been great here at Hub50 house. The leasing agents have been wonderful and are so quick to answer, even after moving in. Additionally the concierges were incredibly helpful with the move in. The cleaning staff empty out the garbage rooms so efficiently and quickly and we had so many packages/boxes which made things exceptional. We are so happy here already!

All of the concierge staff has been so wonderful helping me to navigate moving in and learning about our community and how best to utilize all that Hub50House has to offer. The package room is always so well organized and the staff so helpful.

Love the pool! It's great to have that space to enjoy with other neighbors at any time during the day. Like the current schedule because give the chance for everyone to go at their free time.

We love our new home. It’s like being on vacation every day with all the amenities that are offered. The rooftop pool is a fantastic getaway and having 24/7 access to a gym has been a game changer.

Best view and amenities in the city! Ideal location as well, near Charlestown the North End, Fanuil Hall and Beacon Hill. We really love living here, it is very convenient and fun living right next to TD Garden.
