Property Ratings at Hudson Estates
I was interested in these 2 years ago after moving back from Cali none was available so I reach out recently from seeing them listed saying multiple homes were available I called the lady hung up on me three times she would pretend not to hear me and I honestly thought something was wrong with my phone ! I would call back and she’s just screaming hello, hello click. So I get a call from a cell phone which happens to be her instantly telling me nothing available that’s so odd to me for it to happen 2yrs ago and now that I see them listed and saying same thing.. she seem judgmental or something but I’m sure she calls off her cell because the business line is recorded she beyond rude and need to be fired.
We called the day before visiting this location hoping to get some information. I left a voicemail but don’t receive a call back. We figured we’d go in person to get some information as we start looking to move in three months. When we came in the office smelled heavily of smoke. The woman who greeted us asked how she could help us and we said we were looking for information. She said she didn’t have anything available and wouldn’t until September, which is when we are looking to move. We told her that was about the time we planned to move and she responded “Yea, sorry” and the conversation ended. We weren’t offered any pamphlets or information about the property and felt as though she didn’t have any interest in answering questions. We don’t recommend this property based on how the staff acts towards potential residents. We were really disappointed with the customer service.
If I could give zero stars I would. My boyfriend and I were really interested in renting from this property, and we each called several times and left voicemails - no one answered or returned our calls. Finally, we went to the rental office to see if we could get more information on renting. and the lady that was in the rental office told me there were no available units. I thought it was odd considering they had several units that were listed as available but figured they probably haven't updated the websites since renting them out. Then the VERY NEXT DAY the websites that this place is listed on were updated with more available units for rent. It was like they didn't WANT us renting from them. The most frustrating and bizarre situation I've come across trying to rent from someone. Disappointed that it didn't work out, but the management here is AWFUL.
