Wonderful Community and Excellent Service

My family and I have been living at Hudson Park North for nearly a month and we are absolutely in love with this community. The location is fantastic, with easy access to transportation and various amenities. The grounds are well-maintained and the building is beautiful and modern. We are very impressed with the high level of customer service that the staff provides. Everyone is friendly, approachable, and always ready to help. In particular, we worked with Sabrina, the leasing agent, who was amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure that our move-in process was smooth and stress-free. Her exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and professionalism are truly commendable. Overall, we highly recommend Hudson Park North to anyone looking for a great place to live. We love Hudson park apartments

We love our apartment and our community! Ever since we moved in Hudson has been amazing to us and the community has a family feel to it. We love how it’s conveniently located by the metro north and we can easily get to the city. We love how the apartment is modern and is very spacious. We highly recommend Hudson Park apartments!

This is the best place to live. Aside from the gorgeous view of the Hudson, everything is accessible inside and outside of the building. The staff is extremely helpful and professional and will do their best to assist you in any issues you may have. Nice scenic views, but the parking lot has tightly packed spaces and is quite dangerous with the sharp narrow turns that are supposed to support two-way traffic.

This is a great place to live To have several modes of mass transit and alternatives to driving is what I was looking for when searching for an apartment. On top of that we are so close to several business districts. This move has improved my lifestyle and given me options I did not have in my previous location

We are close to: the Hudson River, the train station, the Library, the Post Office, the NYS Department of Motor Vehicles, numerous B-line Bus routes (transport to NYC subway iv very easy and inexpensive), grocery stores, restaurants, hardware stores, etc. Basically, it's easy walking distance to just about anything we need.

I first learned about Hudson Park when I used to take the train into Manhattan - I always wanted to live here.. Hudson Park is very beautiful and hip. I love how its conveniently located not far from the city and has the metro north right next to it. The apartments are very spacious and beautifully designed. Living at Huddon Park North has been a wonderful experience. Quiet, clean, with great light and extraordinary river views, the apartment quickly became home. Maintenance is prompt and effective, the concierge service excellent, everyone polite and extremely helpful. The proximity to the station was a special positive in the pre-pandemic days and will be again when I start taking the train again. The residents are always friendly and elevator rides are pleasant and genial. The restaurants on the river are a plus. The Cafes hamburgers were a treat in the pre- pandemic days and will be again. Dolphin is a fine restaurant. A great place to live.

We are very happy to have chosen Hudson Park North. We can travel to anywhere in NYC by public transportation for $2.75; the US Post Office, the Public Library, the Train Station, the Department of Motor Vehicles are all less than a 5 minute walk; also, the view of the Hudson River and the boat traffic is incredible. We have enjoyed our time here.
