Property Ratings at Hudson Ridge
Awful roach infestation. If a neighbor with a filthy unit and bad infestation refuses pest control, they just don't do anything. They always seem to be using a different pest company, too. I've seen units get to the point of having to be fumigated. Roaches have always been an issue that comes and goes here, but they are now getting out of hand. They are coming in through pipes, look healthy, and are leaving egg sacks everywhere. At one point, they brought pest control in to do IGR treatment in unison with spray, which really helped, but I'm pretty sure they're trying to cut on pest control costs, and it is just leading to buildings being overrun with roaches.
Neighbors above me are none stop running and stomping at all hours. They blast their music every Friday and Saturday night for hours. Complained numerous times and they don't care being talked to they still do what they want with being so loud. The stomping and running rattles my doors and I can hear the metal beams in the ceiling. Ridiculous absolutely hate it here now because they are making it miserable to even be in my apartment.
I moved in about a month ago. It is very spacious and a very quiet neighborhood. The pool is clean and the office staff is very helpful. I like that the water is included with the rent, that is definitely a plus for me. The kitchens and bathrooms are upgraded which is nice .The only thing that is a negative is that people leave litter around the neighborhood, but that has nothing to do with the apartments themself. Overall I really like these apartments and the pricing is affordable .
since the very first night when me, my wife and daughter moved in we have been dealing with cockroaches. they kept saying they will take care of it blah blah blah. needless to say ive had to go out and spend money out of my own pocket to deal with them to attempt to cut back on the infestation. i will not be signing another lease with them. if they handled the situation from the start like they should have i may have signed again. but as of now I won't.
Recently moved here apartment is affordable. It seems very kid friendly with kids everywhere. Located close to all shopping needs. Walls however seem thin and when kids run around above me my pictures on the wall rattle.
The apartments are very spacious and comfortable. Also a quiet neighborhood. Very relaxing.
