Peekskill is a charming small city positioned about forty miles north of Manhattan on the east bank of the Hudson River. The community hosts a thriving Downtown district loaded with locally-owned specialty shops, eclectic restaurants, and entertainment venues—Swing by the Peekskill Farmers’ Market at the center of town for the freshest produce and groceries around, grab a drink at the Quiet Man Public House, or catch a show at the Paramount Hudson Valley Theater.
One of the city’s most notable features is its access to nature: the sprawling Depew Park sits on the south side of town, providing an expansive network of trails to explore the natural splendor of the region. Bear Mountain State Park sits directly across the river, providing gorgeous scenery and putting outdoor adventures just a short drive away.

Property Ratings at HudsonView Living
Poor management team, horrible maintenance. Otherwise it has potential.
Management sucks. Phone calls are not answered. No parking available. Too many residents and very little parking spots available. This apartment unit is horrible. Something out of a horror movie
This property isn’t the best. It’s okay. Office don’t answer phone calls. Maintenance tickets are never addressed. The parking is bad. Hard to find parking
I have been living here for over a year and have never dealt with managment like this in my 15 years of renting. They sent me a lease renewal then claimed I never signed it re sent it with a higher increase. After over a month of trying to get in touch with someone I finally spoke to the property manager who told me my rent would stay at the original increase, however they keep sending me a bill saying I owe them money which I do not. I have records of calling over 17 times, send multiple emails and they all go unanswered. I didn't have water for almost 2 weeks in July, the hot water is a hit or miss, there is dog poop all over the grounds, the garbage is always full and smells horrible. Definitely dont recommend this complex as there are many more better options in Peekskill.
