Living on 148th Street
Apartment building is well kept and the Super is awesome. I have been here over 3 years and the service has only improved. However, the management company is a bit disorganized so be meticulous and choose a higher up floor in the back, there is a supermarket/shop on street level that can get loud with the speakers blaring music constantly (till 10 pm). Overall ok spot
