As its name suggests, the Capitol Hill neighborhood is adjacent to the New York State Capitol in the heart of Downtown Albany. Along with schools, cafes, and shops, Capitol Hill is home to several government buildings and attractions including the Governor Nelson A. Rockefeller Empire State Plaza and Convention Center, New York State Museum, and Lincoln Park. Living in Capitol Hill places residents just steps away from the Hudson River and some of the city’s best restaurants, bars, nightclubs, entertainment, and shopping options. As you take a stroll through the neighborhood, the grand architecture of the 18th and 19th centuries is on full display. Capitol Hill has a variety of apartments, condos, and townhomes available for rent.

Property Ratings at @HudsonPark
The management team is incredible and they have been quite responsive to any issue that I have encountered! Our landlord, Jamie, has gone above and beyond to make sure I'm taken care of.
This place is the worst! Not only does the management suck but they have rats! All they did was put traps in the open areas. There’s trash all round the building and they do nothing about it. The management just tells you anything to get you off of the phone and make it “seem” like they want to help and address your issues. Nothing is handled promptly or efficiently. Please avoid the headaches and waste of your money! People should not have to live in these conditions especially when we are spending our hard earned money!
You will have to make a huge effort to contact them. They ended up raising the prices by the time I got an email back
Property Manager at @HudsonPark, Responded To This Review
We appreciate your feedback and apologize for the delayed response. Due to strong demand for our apartments, there are times where we may experience a higher than normal volume of leads. During these times we do our best to respond to each lead in the order in which they are received.
Professional and courteous, nice apartments for rent
Do not even think about living here. Worst and most incompetent management company ever.
Ok because of the location, it's right next to Lincoln Park . that's the only reason I give it twice stars, otherwise I'm living with white noise because the wallet are ridiculously thin. Like from the room upstairs I can see light in my neighbors appartement. The soundproofing is non existant. Management is quick to reach when you owe them money or to update you about new ways to pay rent but non existent when you are trying to reach out to them.
It has the worst heating system ever! Did not work awful but the bedroom was ok.
This is my first apartment and I love living here! It is new and clean and everyone I've interacted with here, both maintenance workers and apartment neighbors, are very nice! It's also a short distance to Albany's pharmacy school campus, so it's in a greta location for students like me.
The location and amenities included in the apartment are great. I wish there were more communal activity.
