Do not move to these apartments management is poor and unprofessional and the units need a lot of work.
I was looking to downsize from a home to an apartment but didn't want to lose the option of having a garage and wanted plenty of space. Broadstone delivered that and more. The entire process was seamless and leasing staff (Lexi) were amazing from start to finish!
Great community to live in. Leasing office is very communicative with anything ongoing on site, maintenance responds quickly to requests and the community interacts with each other when there are events. pretty quiet area though it’s downtown.
The maintenance team is always fast and efficient.
I had an excellent experience with Broadstone Paragon the team was prompt, professional, and highly skilled. They efficiently resolved all issues and provided helpful maintenance tips. I highly recommend their outstanding service!
Great complex, a little noisy at times but comfortable, safe and beautiful. The staff is excellent and the apartment is great!
for the price its honestly a okay place to live, other than the sketchy people outside the 7eleven, but management is the reason for this low review. I moved out the week after thanksgiving and still have not received my moveout statement or the remainder of my deposit. they told me they mailed out a check second week of December, they re-issued a check last week of december, now they're telling me they need to issue another check because they dont know where that one went. I called today and the lady told me I would get a check next week. at this point I think they are lying to me. I cannot get a manager on the phone or anyone from the corporate office.....
The community and location is amazing! Communication and ease of rental/amenity payments also a plus.
I’ve only been here a few months but I couldn’t have asked for a better place for my sister and I to embark on our living-alone-for-the-first-time experience. If you aren’t good with noises of city life, I wouldn’t recommend it but I enjoy it thoroughly because I’ve always wanted to live somewhere like that. The staff is always helpful, the property is clean and nice and I feel safe here.
It was great when the old manager was here. The new manager is incompetent and rude and now the staff are dropping like flies (can't blame them). The employees were the reason I loved living here, but now I can't wait to leave.

All staff on-site are amazing and care about the people.
I have been living here for a little over 6 months, my experience thus for has been excellent. Maintenance comes quickly after entering a service request and have great customer service, the office staff is just as amazing always willing to help and ensure you enjoy living in your home. I highly recommend these apartments as your new home if you enjoy having that sense of community!

This is definitely ones of the nicest properties I have ever lived in. Great leasing staff, units, lots of convenience.
I have lived here for years, but had planned on moving due to all of the problems with the previous owners. I'm so happy with the changes and the new staff that I'm glad the complex was sold before my lease was up.

We were leased an apartment less than appropriate, safe and comfortable living conditions. When trying to rectify the situation ( begin that we were less than 48hrs into our lease) we received nothing but attitude and excuses. Other than having to pool teeth and go out of our way to be provided safe and comfortable living arrangements, the layout of the property is beautiful as well a convenient. One the staff elevates its professionalism and correct the property's maintenance issues it will then live up to the original advertisement that drew us in.

The Hue is a nice place to live due to management agents and location convenience. The outside apartments near the streets are pretty laud from traffic and there are many doors that were not fitted properly/sealed. Overall I think it is a pretty good place to stay just has a few things that could improve

I had the BEST tour with Karisa and can’t leave Stephanie out! when I tell you I was so excited after visiting Hue!! Then boom my move-in didn’t go so good. After going to office speaking with Veronica and sharing all my concerns she totally understand my frustration. My apartment wasn’t ready to move-in. But the Second I left the office Veronica had the maintenances at my apartment. Her and Karisa have made sure things are getting done. My apartment is coming along I just wish everything was taken care of at the beginning of my move-in. I’m here to see all the great changes here. The maintenances here are GREAT when I submit online maintenance order the next day is completed. I really appreciate Veronica Karisa and Emily! Emily I know I didn’t get to see you but I know everything has to come to you first.

Greystar is rapidly improving the damage done by the neglect of the previous management. Lets give Greystar a chance. Years ago they did a great job of managing the property. I have great expectations and faith in the current management team. Otherwise, I would have not renewed my lease.

I have been here only 2 1/2 weeks and I have enjoyed my time here very much. Lots of amenities, some I do not use, but available if needed in the future. Management staff is really nice, professional and concerned my needs are being met.
I moved here in March 2019 and loved it. Responsive manager, great amenities, felt secure, good price - checked all the boxes. Then about a year ago things really took a turn for the much worse. It takes months to get any maintenance requests addressed, when it used to only take 3 days tops. Nobody returns calls or emails. Common areas are always trashed. Gated garage - which is a huge plus in my book - had a broken (always open) entry gate beginning in February (ice storm) for months and it's worked only sometimes since being 'fixed'. In that time, many vehicles were broken into and some stolen. When I choose a rental, I'm in it for the long term because I can't stand moving. But I'll be moving when my lease is up if things don't improve quickly and consistently.
If you are considering living at the Hue I urge you to reconsider. My roommate and I are both new to Texas and were so excited when we found this place. Great location, newly renovated rooms, a pool & very affordable rent. Well let me tell you it came with a price. The Hue a Cityplace has a major rat problem which they REFUSE to do anything about. Sure they set traps but what good is that when there is an ENTIRE COLONY of rats living in our walls, our air vents and the ceiling. We hear them CONSTANTLY running around, squeaking, and worst of all the entire apartment smells like rat. We have caught multiple rats in traps. One of them actually died somewhere in the ceiling where pest control couldn't access it. Our entire apartment has smelled like death for the last month and a half. We cannot turn on our AC or heat because the smell is overwhelming. We know multiple other people in the building are dealing with the same issues. My roommate and I have developed sleeping problems. Not to mention the embarrasment of bringing anyone over due to the smell and the sounds. This sounds dramatic but it truly affects nearly every aspect of our lives. Living here has been a complete nightmare.
I’ve been living here for close to 5 months now and have had on going issues with rats in the wall. My room smells like rat pee constantly and my roommates smells like dead rats because one died in the wall and they couldn’t get it out. They always respond to our maintenance requests but all they do is put traps in the ceiling which either kills the rat in the ceiling causing the whole place to smell or it gets away and dies in the wall. Let it be known that we live on the third floor too, meaning rats have gotten in on the ground floor and have somehow made their way all the way to the third floor. DO NOT LIVE HERE!
This is the absolute worst apartment complex in the Dallas metroplex. Please DO NOT waste your money here. For starters- The leasing office staff was incredibly rude and unwelcoming, you’re basically an inconvenience to them when you have a question or concern. The interior of the apartments are updated and nice. HOWEVER, it’s not nice enough to pay the price of luxury living in a complex that has multiple car break ins, homeless people wandering the property, wheels being stolen off of cars as well as violence on the property such as shootings, fights, etc. The police are on the property at-least 4x a month. This dump is simply over priced and dangerous. I am not exactly sure where all of the rent money is going considering they have 0 WORKING cameras on the property and have yet to put any in. The only plus side of this property is the maintence team, with all of the efforts they put into their job- they should just manage the place, the company would be better off and residents would be more satisfied. They’re always helpful and kind whenever I would pass by them on the property. BUT if I were to call the leasing office, my calls were always ignored and NEVER returned. Definitely did not renew my lease when it was up and I strongly advise everyone to avoid the Hue at City Place at all costs. You will thank me later.
went to inquire about a 1 bedroom, turns out they have a mandatory "technology package" which includes, basic cable, yes basic cable you read right not to mention that basic cable is free and internet all for the price of $90!!! I pay that much with cable for 3 TV's with movies not just local channels and internet oh and it has to be through Spectrum. I didn't even see the property, this complex should reconsider this mandatory package deal because it is a total rip off!!! and a deal breaker, who pays for local channels when they are free, cant live there if you don't take that technology package.
