I have found that Mrs Zamora is the best landlord I have ever encountered and I love the location. Maintenance could be better. My townhome wasn’t ready when I moved in. Seems like everything was broken and didn’t work. The back area needs some work. There’s a dog area and no one picks up after their animals. The doggy bags never get refilled. Lots of stray cats. If you live in a townhome near the street you park on the street or pay an insane amount for covered parking.

I have loved living here! This little piece of paradise offers quiet, peaceful, and easygoing living while still being close to good schools, shopping centers, and highway 30! The manager, Yolanda, was truly amazing for our entire leasing process and she goes above and beyond for all of her residents.

Been here almost 7 years now have had no problems Yolanda is the best I barly have to call office for anything but when I do she is on top of it. Property is always neat and clean. Neighbors really stay to themselves will be signing a new lease in coming month

I Love it here!!!

Can I brag on the property manager Yolanda and her maintenance crew real quick?! I just moved in December 1, 2020 and before hand, meeting her sealed the deal for me. She is so kind and professional and you feel this as soon as you walk in. When looking for a place to stay especially in a complex type community this is important. How you approach and treat people matters. Needless to say, I love it here! It's quiet and ducked off where I can't be found. That was my goal. Looking to lease? Do it! If Yolanda goes I go!!! Lol

it could be better!

When I first move in Rebecca gave me the best treatment ever! And the maintenance guy (David) also gave me a personal treatment. But since they left this place it’s been getting worse, it become unpleasant. I would definitely think it twice before moving in. If they wouldn’t left I wouldn’t be considering getting out of here as soon as possible. Also!! Don’t spect to use the pool! Been here two years and it’s always close!

Great Experience

I visited the property and was pleased with my experience. Rebecca was so sweet and helpful when giving me a tour. There are pretty trees and flowers all around which I love. The model unit was clean and the layout is cute and functional. Nice appliances and finishes. The overall neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and safe. There is even a nice saltwater pool with a new grilling station. I encourage giving this place a look.

Great place to live- very conveniently located!

Conveniently located- close to the freeway, restaurants and fairly close to downtown. The updated kitchen and bathroom fixtures are very nice!! Friendly staff always ready to help out when needed. Overall, a great place to live!

Hulen Park Place Townhomes

Attractive, very quiet neighborhood of town folks; office personnel are friendly and maintenace work gets fast attention; new and beautiful IKEA kitchen and bathroom cabinety; new IKEA kitchen applicances. The only downfall of these townhomes is that both bedrooms are very small and there is no additional storage space other than your bedroom closets. Thank you! Debbie Taylor Fort Worth, TX

It could be a lot better but I could be worse

I've been living here almost a month. My ac didn't work the first day I moved in, my washer constantly dripped, my kitchen light didn't work and my back door couldn't lock properly. Everything has finally been fixed after much pestering. I do love the layout of the apartment and the part of town it's in. I may leave after my 6 month lease if anything else goes wrong.
