Property Ratings at Hummingbird Pointe & The Gardens
I enjoy living here at The Gardens. The apartment is spacious and the staff is very friendly and helpful. This is the best apartment community I have ever lived in. I look forward to staying here.
Nice property with many amenities, and nearby everything in a quieter community.
Great place to live and very peaceful. Pet friendly
Very nice and clean apartment
I have lived at the Gardens for nine years and I feel that in those years I've felt comfortable in making this feel like home. My children are happy that they don't have to worry so much about me.

Hello , Thank you for this positive review! We are happy to hear you are enjoying living at The Gardens and that we are exceeding your expectations. We look forward to you living with us for years to come!
Quiet, grounds are maintained well and maintenance is responsive.
Leasing agents were extremely friendly and great with my kids! The apartments were clean and the amenities were exceptional!
Excellent location and the staff were very welcoming. We look forward to calling Hummingbird Pointe our home!
The upkeep of the interior and around the complex grounds are well taken care of.
Quiet place to live. Set back from the rd. With a park like setting.
Hummingbird Pointe is a great place to live. Management and the maintenance team are wonderful. I love my apartment and the convenience of basic stores is just around the corner. The drawbacks to living here is the high rent and poor maintenance of the pool due to new parts not being a priority.
The apartment building as well as the apartment itself is in good condition, the features as well as the ease of process made by the management team make this a wonderful place to live.
Lovely apartments with very friendly
Lovely looking apartments inside and out and Kelly the leasing agent was very friendly
I had an amazing time touring the leasing agent was amazing and so were the apartments
Great place
Nice enviroment. Landscape and plowing are good. Do not like other residents telling me what I can and cannot do. Otherwise no complaints
I love it here. The community is great and the neighbors are friendly.
It?s a great place to live
It's a great place to live
The place is great, the apartments are nice and the area is quiet. moving in was way better than i expected. along with a couple home welcoming gifts you get when you move in, they also provide you with the information you need about local areas to order food, Wi-Fi providers (sucks i had to switch my Wi-Fi but I actually got a way better deal by doing so!) and some magazines with coupons in case anyone is interested in those. me and my girlfriend haven't been here long, so we haven't had much time to decide how our overall stay will be. but after about a week in, we love it!
There so helpful. They go above and beyond just to help us with our needs. We always had a smile on talking to them. They don’t stop until your satisfied and it shows !
I've never been happier

Very nice place and very clean
By far the nicest apartment we've found
My experience here at the Gardens has always been nothing but Great.
Great staff and Great place to stay
My only complaint is that people with dogs do not clean up after their pet. You couldn’t pay me to walk barefoot in the front grass. It’s sad because some people are very diligent about cleaning up after their pets
I love my living experience here. I wouldn't wanna call any other place home .
It's really nice here my apartment is beautiful!
Our community management/maintenance team is outstanding.
No place is perfect but for my need for something to call Home, the Gardens has fit me in all things I would not of expected. Thank you all.
When we first moved in three years ago things were very well kept and the neighbors were very friendly. Most everyone has moved out and they seem to rent to anyone these days. Since the new owners and management have taken over, it has taken a turn for the worse. They have taken away security which used to be onsite every day and are now here on Saturdays and Sundays hence the uptick in cars parked around the property with people doing their drugs. The landscapers sometimes make the property look good but other times skip trimming or cutting grass. The buildings are filthy. I don't think anyone ever cleans or vacuums them. We don't even use the laundry room because of the filth. We would rather go to the laundromat. People do not pick up after their dogs so our kids can't play in the grass without stepping in a pile. We are also afraid one of the kids will get hit by the vehicles that speed in and out. There is a speed limit and we have complained but nothing is ever done. There is trash throughout the property and around the dumpsters. We have all kinds of creepy crawlers inside our apartment and when they do schedule the exterminators to come, they don't do every apartment in the building or spray outside of the building so bug problems never go away. They don't do any upgrades to the property but every year they want more money stating it's based on the market. Well I hate to say it but what is actually offered here is no way comparable to other properties in the area that offer more square footage, amenities and keep their properties looking nice. They are also upfront with pricing and don't put in the hidden water/sewer fees of $42.00 a month when your actually signing the lease. Speaking of water, so many apartments flood when it rains, so if you really want to take a chance here, don't rent a lower level apartment.

I’ve never been so unhappy with a living situation in my life. Staff is extremely rude, problems are never fixed, and we have been treated very poorly. We got to a point where we want to move out and they are charging us over $4,000 to end the lease early. We are extremely unhappy and feel unsafe here every single day. Do not move here.

Ants, bedbugs take your pick it's at Hummingbird Pointe Apartments. Worst mistake in renting I've ever made.
I have been living here for almost 5 years. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place. They make you feel good and welcomed in the offices, maintenance men are always moving. I’ve maybe had to call them 4 times in 5 years. The cleaners do a great job and are also friendly. The space is amazing! Great closet! So very homey. For a high rise apartment I rate them a plus 10! Anything that most people complain about is stuff the renters are doing... I keep my home clean and it’s more about respecting it for! Do your part and pick up after yourself! Don’t pass this place up!
Everything is not like it seems! I was originally impressed with the clean lobby and nice amenities (particularly the heated indoor pool for my daughter.) The lobby was clean, the price was decent, the location was not too bad; Everything seemed perfect. Until I got settled in my place. The unit is updated with new fixtures but it's still cheap and sloppy. Mice! I've caught so many mice in my kitchen ! I was originally told that, "everybody in Cleveland lives with them...It's due to the wetlands behind Parma town mall...I can only throw them away when you catch them but I can't prevent them from coming in." Getting out of my lease is hard and the cheap filler around my pipes under my sink that I requested is obviously not working. On top of rodents, I've had every bug imaginable. From huge carpenter ants crawling on my newborn to bed bugs to hundreds of super small ants crawling on the ceiling in one line from my bedroom to a crack in my living room window. The elevator is often down, the pool is often closed and the fire alarm is so annoying and goes off for incense and candles without active fires. The parking lot is not salted in the winter, there is only one gas grill to fight over, my baseboard heater is hanging on the floor, my apartment has been entered 8 times in the past month, the walls are really thin, bird nests are in every vent in the building, my hallways either smell like weed or curry, and the Windows allow me to hear every bit of construction outside my window beginning at 6 am. Don't forget the photo enforcement that hangs around the neighbordhood and makes sure you don't go above 25 miles per hour. Think long and hard before coming here. What you pay does not equate to what you get.
Really nice place in Parma, OH. Large, newly renovated apartments. Heat, water, sewer & trash included in rent. Electric bill very reasonable. Safe and conveinent area with 24 hour security and secure building. Great amenities with 24/7 state of the art fitness ccenter, indoor and outdoor pools. Onsite Ideal Home health and planned activities. Don't have a car? Humingbird bus goes to all the local stores every day and is 1 block from a major RTA hub. Having lits of company? You can rent a furnished 1 or 2 bedroom apartment for less than a motel room! Snazzy place!
Hummingbird is a very nice well kept complex. Maintenance is on onsite 24-7. All the apartments are remodeled and all the entrances are very well secured and monitored.
It is spacious. Has great options and has a inside and outside pool which is nice and the people are friendly. The staff is helpful.
