I would definitely recommend this apartment community because I was satisfied with everything and everyone Being helpful
Packages get stolen even after just 5mins of sitting there. Told the office and they did nothing about this
I had to wait a week to get my kitchen lights bulbs changed the grounds are not kept clean mainly the back area
Dumpsters are an eyesore thanks to my neighbors and lazy dumpster men
Very nice clean respectable communinity from my first sight of seeing it am very immpressed
The property itself is a very great community the management team on the other hand is a little on organized. My day of moving was supposed to be one apartment and then when I got here they changed it to another one. Also upon arrival on move-in day they did not specify to me that I would not be eligible to move in until after 5 PM after I was already at the office by 9 AM. All together management just appears to be on organized and a lack of communication with management office and tenants.
Very clean parking lots and breeze ways, buildings mostly appear to be maintained well. Majority of the residents are very nice hard working people.
Nice place to live overall but has a cockroach problem that will not go away.
The office is still struggling with communication with the residents. Incomplete maintenance requests.
I feel that we could use more visitors parking. After a certain time or if something is going on it's hard to find. So me having late night visitors is mostly a no go because of parking and my sister had to check into a motel because of no parking. Other than that I love it here

My only negative feedback is that there is dog poop all over the grounds. It makes it really difficult to enjoy some of the amenities.
All the requests for maintenance I make are always taken care of in a timely manner.
It's a little loud sometimes. The police have been out several times. But my neighbors are all very nice
i have lived here for 12 years. quiet and peaceful, office staff always helpful and friendly. maintenance team very nice and always prompt.
They are honest and professional. I can't wait to be able to be apart it! I will blog about it!

It just felt like home
I really like the area, the majority of my neighbors are pleasant, I liked the set up. But my first day in my apartment ceiling was leaky brown water which got onto my paperwork and pillows. When I called the maintenance he acted as though it was my problem and not his and wouldnt even come look at the problem till I told him if my things were damaged I'd make sure he paid for them. I was so excited by this place and not even 10hrs into moving in I had an issue even though they office did solve my problem with a bothersome neighbor.
The quick response to my concern made me feel valued as a resident of the community.
Great atmosphere very positive. Answers phones very professional. All questions answered. In a timely matter . Not on hold for ever.
The Scenery alone would make anyone want to live here.
The location is great. Staff was very helpful and professional. The facility was kept clean and seemed to be a family friendly area.
Noise level seems to continue to increase each year, especially after the leasing office closes daily. Children run around unsupervised. Cars speeding through the parking lot playing loud music at all hours. People walking their dogs off leash and not cleaning up afterwards. Other than that it has been a nice place to live for years.

Hunt Club was a wonderful experience. There were a few problems with the apartments behind us and theft, however, I always felt safe in my little community. The office staff was more than patient, considering I had health problems, and was having trouble paying rent in a timely matter.
Super friendly and professional haven't had any major issues and I love how quiet it is.

The staff was easy to work with and explained everything. The only thing is that when I signed my lease, I was told I would receive $150 off my first full months rent and that did not happen. I also had people use me as a referral when they applied and did not receive any notice about it. Compensation for referrals would be a good idea.
My worst experiences here have been from neighbors and their poor habits and practices. This reflects upon the Management and Staff who's acceptance level is lower than perhaps it should be in terms of what is best for all here
No one told me I would not get my deposit back. If changed my mind about living there.i changed my mind they kept my money. I really needed that back

Just make the property look like the pictures more so if you can. the up keep should matter as you are across the street from nice businesses and other nice apartments and neighborhoods.
I like the diligent yet positive effort the staff put into keeping the apartments clean and safe.
