The Huntcliff is quiet and I feel really safe in my apartment. Haven’t really talked to other residents but they seem kind! I am looking forward to renewing my lease!

Huntcliff is a very nice place to live. The front office is very good at answering questions and helping with problems. To me the maintenance staff is friendly and gets the issues you may have in a timely fashion.

I have lived here for 16 years, and I really like this complex! It's rent policy is competitive and fair, they maintain it very well, and the staff is superb with whom to work!!! It is a great place to live in League City, as it's centrally located to everything!!!

I lived here since 2019. I love the location. It’s near my kids’ school, Kroger, and my work. I feel safe here and it’s clean. It’s so bright at night that I am not scared coming home in the middle of the night. Staffs are the best and when I submit a service request, it will be done ASAP.

A quiet comfortable place to call home with friendly staff and good maintenance located in the east side of the great town of League City.
Love the it’s always clean and it’s quiet and excellent personal. Put a service ticket and was taken care next day. Tenants are very polite and maintenance too
Melissa is awesome and extremely helpful! She answered every question and made the application process very smooth. Very sweet. The property is clean and I’m excited to move in.
For the most part, office staff is friendly. Maintenance typically handles issues within a day. My only complaint is we continue to have the same issues w the apt time after time. For example, the laundry and pantry doors plus the drawers break time after time. Yes maintenance does come fix it, but it breaks again couple days later.
All the amenities are great love the staff the apartment parking are safe my dogs love the dog park the pools i love waking in the apartment complex

I love everything in our community especially the staff. Kids are always welcome in the office and always have something for them like school supplies, winter clothing, and candy for Easter & Halloween. I love the location since it’s near to every thing especially to my kids’ school. I feel safe and it’s always clean.

Hayley at the front is always super helpful, maintenance issue are always quickly resolved and the office is very communicative about what’s going on in the apartments.
So far living at huntcliff has been great! I love the layout of my apartment and the location is perfect. The parking gets crowded but it’s bearable.

This place is a nightmare, I’ve lived here 4 years and it keeps getting worse every year. Grey star forces you to pay your rent online so they charge you whatever they want and you have to pay it. They nickel and dime you for every little thing you were forced to pay for this valet trash, whether you use it or you don’t and you don’t get to say if they want to renew the contract with them or not. The cops are here once a week because of some disturbance or something stupid happening the gates are always broken. Maintenance is fast but they Band-Aid everything they don’t actually fix stuff here this place is worthless. The staff is extremely rude. They don’t care about you or the high turnaround. I’ve literally witnessed people move in six months later they’re gone because this place is just garbage.

All in all, move in was pleasant. Hurricane hit soon after. Front office has been very friendly and helpful. I have a non-updated apartment and I would prefer one of the remodeled ones, they are nicer. Already on wait list thanks to front office people being great.

The only thing I hate is the no pantry and very limited storage room. Other than that, it’s fine. Haley from the office is nothing short of amazing.
Living at Huntcliff Apartment Homes has been a good experience for the much of the time we have lived here. Issues have taken place that weren't pleasant, but, now they have been resolved, & I hope it remains that way. Maintenance is amazing at this property and always pleasant to talk to, even when there are more than your normal maintenance issues that arise. The Property is very well maintained on the outside as they do fix issues, like uneven sidewalks, correct the parking lot when needed, but I do wish they would do all the sidewalks when they do the power washing because it just looks cleaner when they are all done. Being a gated community does have a sense of security to it, and we enjoy that not just anyone or group of people can walk on to the property freely. Overall, a pleasant experience living here over the years.
