The modern conveniences of fast-growing Clarksville are thoroughly complemented by its small-town vibe. Historical establishments nestle beside modern stores, blending the old with the new. A diverse population appreciates the ability to move away from the stress of big-city life while staying in tune with the modern world.
A strong connection to the outdoors makes Clarksville the perfect place to unwind after a long day at work, or after a full day of shopping at Governor’s Square Mall. Several state parks and the rolling waters of the Cumberland and Red Rivers afford residents and visitors the opportunity to experience nature’s calming effects. Stroll along the river banks or walk in the local parks and relax to the soothing sounds of nature’s bounty.
One hour north of Nashville, Clarksville provides its residents with convenient access to the metro’s city life and country music attractions.

Property Ratings at Hunter Chase
This complex is pretty good, I've never had to wait too long for maintenance or to hear back from the office. The pool is in good shape but the laundry machines could be a little less expensive. Overall it's a relatively quiet neighborhood with a pretty good management team.

Thank you for your review. Don't hesitate to reach out to our office if you ever need anything.
I definitely know we could go somewhere else though for what we are paying here and find something 10x better. I'm glad our stay is short because we are definitely ready to get out of here. When we moved in, the carpets were dirty, no doors on the closets, dishwasher leaked, garbage disposal didn't work, and the paint on the walls is so caked it looks tacky. The paint on the doors are peeling, the floors are gross, and even the ceiling is cracking.. you can also see water damage in the ceilings. we've turned in all of the problems we have but they're not getting addresses like they said they would. I understand we're not the only people living here but there is no sense of urgency at this place. the only reason we like it is because of how quite it is and how close to our jobs it is.
Property Manager at Hunter Chase, Responded To This Review
Thank you for your review. I apologize for the issues you are experiencing. If you would like to come into the office to discuss these issues I would be happy to speak with you. I look forward to the opportunity to live up to your expectations.
We have lived here for 3 years and it is ok. We are here mainly because of the proximity to our work. The ac unit is terrible, it acts up constantly but instead of fixing (or replacing) the actual problem they just put a bandaid fix on it. The parking lot has 6 speedbumps that are a nuisance. Very thin walls. It's a decent size for a starter apartment. It's location is it's best feature.
The apartment was dirty when I moved in and smelled stale and like the previous tenant had smoked a lot inside. The paint is layered on so heavily that it is pealing and uneven in a lot of areas, and the bathroom floor has chunks of tile missing and looks dingy despite my scrubbing. I understand that this is an old building, but it really needs to be updated. The air conditioning in our unit was also terrible. When it wasn't broken, which was often, it would freeze over. I am glad that my stay in these apartments was short.
