-floors leak periodically -management is rude once you're in; don't really care about fixing problems -get number to corporate before signing a lease, management refuses to give it -dogs poop everywhere; neighbors sadly only care about themselves -turnover is horrible; left loose nails everywhere and didn't change or clean carpet properly -paint job is bad and cheap; pointy walls will harm you -had constant power outage -appliances not the best -apartment is too old; needs a serious update
Poor fixtures, massive roach infestation, apartment wasn’t ready for move instead they renovated the apartment for a month the first day I moved in.Had plumbing issues the entire time.No hot water for a bit over a month.DONT MOVE HERE unless last resort

Don’t move here! Leasing office doesn’t care. You’ll have no ac for a month during a heat advisory warning when legally they need to fix that within 3 days. They Won’t fix anything. Maintenance will enter your apartment for one minute and leave and then close your maintenance request after they haven’t fixed anything and will continue to this for months until you cause a scene. I put in work orders for all of these issues and they don’t fix anything! my tub is still leaking from months ago! neither of my doors close all the way and they just keep telling you to add another work order after work order after work order after work order! I leave in Nov I can’t wait! Don’t move here!

This place does not value their tenants. There is no one available after hours when they say to call if there is a problem. If you want anything that broken fixed don't expect it to be fixed or if it is it will be done very poorly. It takes them days upon days to fix the important stuff. Examples a refrigerator not cooling, AC not working, water leak from an unknown source, unknown ant invasion in a closet.

The apartment complex office has A LOT of issues that just don't seem to make sense. I am in the process of leasing a 3 bd apt and it has been the most frustrating/confusing process Ive been through. I need 2 more documents approved (proof of hiring and rental verification) to sign the lease, and the emails that are sent from Hunters Glen to various places to be approved never seem to get through to where they are supposed to. Meanwhile Hunters Glen sits back and has does nothing about the situation. I keep having to call and re call these different places asking if they have received an email from Hunters Glen.(Its been 3 days of the same thing). Apparently Hunters Glen has a problem receiving emails too. My rental verification has been sent MULTIPLE times through fax AND email and Hunters Glen says they still have NOT received anything. It just doesn't make sense. If you decide to sign here, be prepared for a horrible leasing experience and lack of communication from the office staff. And I still don't even know what to expect of the actual apt complex.

Living here has been the worst! The staff either has no idea what they are talking about or don't outright lie. We moved into an apartment that had a massive bed bug problem, so that was the first thing we had to deal with. They had the audacity to blame us for it when we moved from out of state from my parent's place that is 100% clean. Then the air conditioner was broken and it took them 2 months to fix (June and July) while my wife was pregnant! And finally, when we decide to move out, they tell us that a fee will be added to our rent that we agreed to pay, but the system that we normally pay on doesn't have the option to pay the extra fee. We have never been late on a payment, and usually pay a month in advance. They didn't notify us that the payment was to be paid in person, and that it was even due. Instead they decided to add an $80 late fee and $5 per day after that. We only were notified after 3 days by a note taped to our door. Non apologetic, they made us pay the whole amount. They are hands down the worst and most difficult management team I have ever encountered. Please, do yourself a favor and don't stay here.
We had been live here since 2012 staff were so nice, i refers my relatives said that this is good place to live but when they move out here their apartment not fix properly, needs a lot of parts, counter top were wet, dirty everywhere even the carpet too.we said to make a work order, maintenance simply come check said that needs a part,no communication with staff n maintenance, next time went office lady who work for work order her name is Sylvia said your work order were closed you have to make it again make it a again for same thing did work order more than 8 times never fix it she said we made a lot of work order for same thing so needs to cHArge money, how we can pay the charge without fix nothing the lady(Sylvia) is so rude n horrible, front lady( Arlene) just said okay only what ever you said doesn’t do nothing, never seen manager in the office also so horrible place to live
I have been here a few months over a year and I must say this complex will give you a headache everyday!. Work orders go ignored but yet the 6th of every month they are on time with late fees. You will deal with faulty a/c units spending a portion of your summer calling and complaining of no air. Dont be fooled by paint and shampooed carpet this place is a joke. I promise you will regret renewing your lease ask other tenants....well not the dope fiends that live there. Be ready for bugs, poor maintenance, rent increases, and out dated electric, and a/c trouble if you are ok with that then become a tenant. Rent is reasonable but I promise after your first miserable summer you will hate it here.
Leasing Office is racist and rude. They will not help you unless you ask for the corporate office number. Sylvia should be fired if she doesn't know how to help her residents.
Me and my husband have been residents here for over 3 years. The apartments aren't very nice, they're run down and outdated. The parking is terrible!! They allow people to park their vehicles that they don't use or that are broke down. If any of your items are not in your backyard/patio it will get thrown away WITHOUT WARNING! There are roaches, stray cats, opposums, skunks, and raccoons running around the complex. Half the time the gates are broken. The mailboxes have been broken into on more than one occasion. My car was literally walked on one night and now I have a dent in my roof. The security officer is a joke! The many different people who run the front office are rude and straight up ignorant! They can't communicate to maintenance what problem you're actually having, therefore, your problems get worse or not fixed. Currently there is a good maintenance crew, Joe is really great, but it has been bad in the past. We live downstairs and experience leaks every summer due to the outdated A/C units. If you want to transfer apartments, you have to pay all the fees again, and you have to pay a transfer fee, so pretty much you're better off moving out. Yes, the rent is cheap and the complex is in a great location. And there are yards available for ground floor residents, but the management is really bad! They don't care how long you have been there or if you're a good resident, you don't matter, only your payments matter to them. They have zero hospitality after you have signed your lease. We have tolerated them for years until now, they crossed the line by only thinking about themselves! The management/office people come first in their eyes....you don't matter. DO NOT LIVE HERE!! It will only cause you grief!
So let me say that this was a quiet and spacious not to bad on the price for a two bedroom townhouse place to live. However Staff is extremely rude. All new people from one month to the next. My last month here my money orders were lost and it took over three weeks for them to be found after countless phone calls and emails and "someone will call you back". The manager Kelly didn't even see me when I went in and ask to speak with her just had her front office people tell me it was taken care of however it was not! I was constantly without an AC in the summer I had to put in a work order every other week and it would take them a week to come fix it. After about two or three months of work orders did they finally replace it. Now I am trying to move out and low and behold my 60 day notice can not be found! Does anyone want to help after they were at fault for losing my money orders and giving me a hard time to find them NOPE! Now I am the one who is stuck with a bill for an apartment I am not even living out. The apartments I did apply to have to received paper back three days later and who knows I am probably going to be without a place of my own to live due to them losing my stuff and not following protocol! Highly disappointing
