Property Ratings at Hunters Glen
So first I will start with maintenance they will always give you the landlord special. On anything and everything they will just put a patch on it and go. I have had multiple ceiling leakes and it took them until the 5th time to finally decide to fix the problem. Next if you have children or are a human this is not the place for you, cars are continuously running the stop signs on multiple occasions I have been almost hit by a car and was told their is nothing else they can do about it because they have a stop sign. Next security if you want an apartment with security that will actually do anything this is not the place for you, they have them but are they actually doing anything...they don't monitor who actually comes in or what happens soooo. Next walls within apartment are super thin so you will hear everything. I have two white noise machines and still hear everything from talking,tv, footsteps, too much for comfort. But on a good note at least they have nice bushes and keep the grass cut and office staff are good. So in conclusion if you like safety, sleep, or peace of mind, or simply not being run over I wouldn't recommend it.
worst apartment complex in America they try so hard not to give it to you dont matter how nice or how much you make or how clean your records are, they so rude old building only front gate has camare not the exit which makes no sense at all, very very strict policy feels like buying a mansion made of out of gold , Roaches rats also from I heard they get 4.5 rating but wow that's deffintly a like stop sucking hunters Glenn people.
This really is a great place to live! I lived here for 3 years. I only moved because I got a job in another state. I only gave 4 stars because the rent does go up a bit much every year and they don't always do the best plowing job in the winter. Besides those two small things everything was great. The grounds are well kept. The complex is gated with security cameras and personel at the gate. All of the staff I encountered was very professional. The community was very family oriented and there are multiple bus stops within the complex for the children. Just give yourself a few extra minutes if you are commuting around that time. My neighbors were friendly and quiet, although I am not sure about how the other buildings were. No pest issues except for some squirrels that got into the attic somehow, but that issue was resolved immediately and never happened again. The maintenance team was great. They would resolve most issues within 24 hours. If they could not, they explained why and the next steps in the process. One night, I was locked out of my apartment because a package I had left by the door earlier that morning fell somehow. It ended up blocking the door so that the door only opened partially. I called maintenance at around 8pm and maintenance personel came within about 5min. This man went and got a ladder, walked through the field, around the back of my building in the dead of night and climbed up to my kitchen window to get into my apartment (I'm glad left it unlocked lol)! He then carried this box (had to be at least 70lbs) up the steps for me! Yes, it was his job to help me but the best part is that he had a positive attitude and was very nice! I cannot remember his name but I will never forget that night.
I lived is this complex for over 5years and at first it was a great place until my 2yr lease was up..maintance wad not responsive with handling problems that would go wrong in my home(everything after 2yrs started to mess up) security is not efficient enough for the price being charged to live there...the office staff is not good at all rent raised every chance they get for every little thing but no effort or no problem get solved when you have a issue with the home you are paying for!!when it SNOWS!! Worse place to drive..maintance on staff doing nothing but standing around instead of shoveling or putting salt down..this place is great for people who first time out on they own, who doesn't know what to get for what you are paying for...great front as of looking like a nice place to live but once you are there experience not so good!!! There are better places to live
When I first came to America in 1996 with my parents, we rented an apartment in Hunters Glen. Since then, we have been staying there. We love it, I got married and moved out from my parents apartment, but guess what!!! Im still in hunters glen, just different apartment. We love hunters glen, employees and services are great. I would deffinetly recommend hunters glen 100 %.
Private gated community with security. Any issues are resolved within hours. Rental office is always pleasant and professional. On site 24 hour gym which allows you to exercise at your own pace with no additional membership fees. It's comforting to live in a community where everyone looks out for one another but yet you live privately. I highly recommend this development.
Hunters Glen is located on Rte. 130 in Delran, NJ. The complex is close to all buses, rail lines and stores. My apartment is spacious and is considered to be an "apartment home", with a patio, yard, and a full size finished basement. Both of the bedrooms are spacious and the master bedroom has its own private access to the screened in back patio. There are ceiling fans in three of the rooms, and two full bathrooms. We also have our own washer and dryer, which is really great! We have a built in alarm system and the community is gated also. Maintenance and general upkeep of the complex is on point. We are very happy living here in Hunters Glen.
I love this place. I moved in June 2015. the people are very friendly. My patio is closed in. I love sitting out there to enjoy the air. I love going to the gym. my apartments is not to big and not to small is just right for me. the staff here are very helpful.
I have been living in hunters glen for 14 years. On February, 2015 we just moved our 2 bedroom unit. Everything in here are brand new. Hunters glen replaced kitchen cabinets, carpets, bathrooms, light fixtures and more. Nice backyard on the back. They landscaping on time. Free hot water and heat is the gold key to live here. Any concern or problem in the unit 24 hours emergency service can help in minutes. Security keeps us and our children protected allways. Finally we are completely satisfied that s why we are here for 14 years. Thanks, Caglar Bayram (26e)
I just love this place, that I have called home for 23 years. I moved here after my divorce, I had gotten a really great job that was only 15 minutes away from here. It was time to move from my mom's house who I had been staying with for 3 years.. There are so many things that make me love this place. I decided to make up a list. 1 My 1 bedroom apartment is really big, lots of closet space, a big bedroom, a really nice balcony . The bathroom is also very big, that I don't feel crowded in. 2. It is really quiet, during my 23 years here, I have had some really nice neighbors, I've seen alot of people come and go, and the one thing I love about all of them, is that they were very quiet, Which makes me feel very peaceful. 3 The maintenance depth is excellent They come to take care of anything I might need. I remember when I first got here, since I live next to some woods, I discovered a mouse in my apartment. The maintenance guy came in the middle of the night to set a trap, and the next night when I came home after hours of when the maintenance dept was closed, they came and removed the dead mouse. I will never forget that. 3 Hunters Glen is very pet friendly. I rescued my dog last year from an animal shelter, and I love taking her for walks around the complex. 4 They just renovated the fitness center, which is free to all residents. It's wonderful. 5 They have a laundromat on the complex. It is always clean, and the washer and dryers are also not the expensive to do a load of wash. 6 Heat and hot water are included in my rent, so it helps with those utilities that I might have had to pay elsewhere. During the 23 years, my rent has only gone up very little, which makes it so much easier to pay my other bills. I don't think I would have stayed here so long if that fact wasn't true. During some of those years, I was unemployed, and it would have been hard to pay my rent if my rent was high. 7 They have a gate house and a roving security force. I feel safe and protected at all times. I walk my dog late at night around my apartment and never feel afraid. 8. The people in the front office have always been nice to me, and always listened to me if I had any problems, which were few and far between during my 23 years here. 9 I really do love living here, for the price of what I pay and for what I get in returned, I couldn't happier And that's coming from a resident who has lived here for a very long time
This is a good place to live, my apartment is. The bus is at the edge of town. (The complex) There is shopping less then a mile to the left of here and across the street and a mile plus to the right. The people that work this place are cool and friendly and the office people are the same and helpful. I moved in here when I was 18. Then went to California for a few years and came back to the same place. Not the same apartment just the same place. I don't know how to write reviews all I know is that this is home. I've been here close to something like 20 or better years. I'm counting the time I was here before I went to Cal. I think the people that live here are kind of OK too. The up keep on the complex is good. They build stuff to make the place look better. There's a gym and laundry mat. a exercise walk way. People come and do lawn work. And they plow and shovel the snow as soon as it stops. This is a safe place to live. That's major to some people these days. OK now I'm done This is 14 J
I lived in this complex for many years , the grounds crew do a great job ,and the 25hr emergency services are great they come write out with any problems , the space in the apartment is awesome good closet space etc ,and lastly the free heat is a plus ,,,so I am very please with hunters Glen
I HAVE BEEN RESIDING AT HUNTERS GLEN APTS. FOR OVER 20 YEARS. MY APT. HAS BEEN UPGRADED WHEN NEEDED. THE GROUND UP KEEP OF THE COMPLEX IS KEPT IN EXCELLENT CONDITION.

Also the management and maintenance staff are super helpful and always very courteous. Even the security guards here are great!

Best apartment I've lived so far....I have a picky wife but the moment we came to see the apartment for the first time, she and I felt in love with it....The price and space I pay for 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms as compare to apartments within 50 miles radius...I will say am lucky. Hunters Glen Apartment in Delran NJ has a discount program that make you save on your monthly rent.I have the Gold membership saving of $55 monthly discount off my rent once it's paid on time i.e from 1st-5th of each months and I got extra $200 discount for renewing my lease on time. Over all,we love Hunters Glen and it's a good community for kids to grow and its gated with cameras on the buildings. How often do you have an apartment that give you all you need to plant flowers during spring to make infront of your apartment look more attractive as you want it.It is a great place to live and so far I haven't had any problems with management 2yrs now. On-call maintenance service is awesome I will highly recommend Hunters Glen in Delran Nj to anybody I will tell anybody to compare rent price and square footage with amenities with any other apartment then they will know what I'm talking about
Happines starts here Unbelievable and reasonable rent Newly renovated Top notch appliancs Entertaining amenities Recreational Grounds Spacious Rooms Glamorous Landscaping Lower & Upper Levels Easy Public Transportation Number 1 Place 2 Live!
Also I forgot to mention,..Anyone wanting to take up residence here with children,..The school systems here are very good here in the Delran area. A nice family knit community and to say read up on/check as to why they are rated the best in Burlington County! Scott K.
I've been a resident of Hunters Glen for 4 years, and haven't had a better experience in an apartment community! The bedrooms are large, and the layout of the rest of the units are spacious. The common areas are clean and well-kept. I love the 24-hour maintenance and security on the grounds, it is the best level of safety! I have a small dog, and love the fact that they have doggy parks and clean-up bags available in various areas. Having an assigned parking space is so helpful when carrying in groceries or dealing with inclement weather. The business office staff, maintenance staff and security staff have already addressed my concerns in a timely manner and to ensure my customer satisfaction. I've been a very happy tenant!
This is the best place I've ever lived. It is my refuge after a tired day of work. This in perfect state of conservation since the first day I entered it. Im just.. LOVE here!
Hunters Glen sits in the middle of Rt.130, relatively close to many restaurants giving me many options to choose from. Stores such as Shoprtie, Walmart, Target and Planet Fitness are also close, making it beneficial to all of my miscellaneous needs. The local Riverline and NJ Transit are also nearby allowing transportation to various locations in South Jersey convenient. Hunters Glen provides security and a clean environment that is accepted from residents and visitors. After being recognized as one of the best apartment complex in Burlington county I can honestly say that this complex lives up to that image. Maintenance responds quickly and efficiently to housing conditions and the representatives at the leasing office are respectful and understanding to residents needs. Definitely a place that you can call home.
I moved in hunters glen in 2012 after my graduation. When I came here, i was going to stay only for one year and then going to buy a house. After staying here, we are in love with community, surrounding envierment , great customer survices etc.. I am enjoying living in our diverse community to learn new values from different people.
Hunters glen apartments are ok. Not top if the line but not bad either. Maintence is good. I been living here 3 years the only problem is that they very crowded a lot of noise u hear from neighbors.
Hunters Glen is truly a great place to live. The private complex offers affordable and comfortable living arrangements for a diverse set of lifestyles. The apartments are safe, clean and modern. Staff and maintenance members are responsive and provide excellent service.
Hunters Glen is a great place not just to eek out a living, but thrive. The grounds are well taken care of and you can even have a private garden if you so choose! There's playground, a swimming pool and even dog park for your dog. We also have an on-site fitness center. The rental office staff plans and provides lots of opportunities for everyone to get together including, movie nights, bingo nights, and holiday theme activities like the Annual Easter Egg Hunt, Halloween Costume Party, Pictures with Santa. Hunters Glen also cares about and gives back to our surrounding community by hosting an Annual Blood Drive, Thanksgiving Canned Food Drive, and other health related activities. Hunters Glen has heart! Hunters Glen is a great place to LIVE!
I am on my second year here, and also my second time renting from management. I returned because it is a wonderful place to be located. Quiet environment, excellently maintained grounds, and great management. Swimming pool, play areas, fitness center and tenant activities and events enhance the experience. Spacious apartments, lots of closets, washer/dryer hookups, patios, balconies, and more. If you need maintenance, they appear in an instance. I have no complaints the first or second time around at this location.
I have lived in Hunter's Glen apartments for my entire life which has been 20 years. My parents moved there before I was even born and we have been loyal residents to love the location in the wonderful town we are in. The maintenance staff are always so friendly and prompt with our requests, and the facilities are always working to improve when they are already great! We feel safe in this gated community with amiable neighbors and good security. I cannot imagine my life without Hunter's Glen playing a huge role in my childhood memories, adolescent years, and teenage stages.
This is a big and beautiful apartment. Good location and quite neighborhood, safe and cleaned.
If there was one "concern" which I have had in my thee years as a resident at the Hunter's Glen Apartments is when I take my daily walks in the complex and have seen the "speed" of some of our residents as they are either driving in or are driving out of the complex at a speed well above the 15 MPR that is posted. I have a friend that lives in a very nice complex in Newark, Delaware and when I visit him I have to navigate through the 13 speed bumps constructed in the complex to slow down traffic. If I wanted to speed to his house while in the complex I physically could not do it. For the safety of the children that sometimes play in the streets we should build more speed bumps to slow down the traffic on those streets used for traffic coming in and traffic going out of this complex.
After 30 years of marriage I separated from my wife and from my beautiful home in Mount Laurel, New Jersey and in September, 2012 I found my "second" home when I signed the lease to move into the Hunter's Glen Apartment complex. Choosing this apartment complex to live out the rest of my life was one of the smartest decisions I have made because of all that is available for someone living in this complex. It was a good decision for me as I now am in the stage of my retirement years at the age of 67 years trying to navigate through this life. Let me provide a list of the things that make Hunter's Glen the smartest place to rent in 2015 if your looking for a "nice" place to live at: A. The cleanliness of the complex with landscaping going on 12 months of the year. B. The quick response of the front office and the maintenance staff when any type of problem arises. C. It's attention to details and continues to construct in the up grading of the property. D. The great pool I can jump into when the weather reaches 90 degrees. E. It's great location of being at Route 130 which provides quick access to the major highways of this city F. Across the street is a major shopping center, great restaurants (Red Lobster) post office, diners and fast food places, etc. G. In 2011 I had open heart surgery, so I need the medications on a daily basis that I receive from CVS which is in walking distance. This list can go and on but I want to save the best for last and that it "economically" makes a lot of sense for living at Hunter's Glen during these stressful economic times in our Nation's history. A renter in this complex can receive rent credit for referring someone to rent in this complex. For the record, I have always talked up this complex to family and friends and trying to get my Daughter (when she marries) to have her wedding reception in the beautiful hall this complex has. So thank you to the management of this great facility for renewing my lease for 2 years at the senior citizen discount rate.
very well kept up, have no problems asking for repiars to be fixed. love the 24 hour security.
I have to say, I am in my 5th year at Hunters Glen and I absolutely love it here. The apartment is spacious and well laid out. Heat and hot water is paid for even though the rent is extremely affordable. Everyone from the office staff, to maintenance to the ground keepers are truly wonderful people. They are friendly, extrememly helpful and have gone out of their way on multiple occasions to help when I have requested assistance. The grounds, the pool, the gym are kept in execellent condition. I could not give higher marks to them! It is truly a great place to live!
Hunters Glen is a great apartment complex. Not only inside the buildings but also outside. There is a park for children, a big swimming pool, a tennis court, a gym and a laundry building which is very accessible from all around the complex. They also have great maintenance service. Something is broken? Give them a call and they fix it right away. They value your safety as well. There is a security gate at the entrance and they always drive around the complex so you always feel safe. The community is also amazing. Everybody respects one another. My only problem is that I feel like there are too many bumps on the road but they are not really that big so I will give them a 5-star excellent rating. Happy to have lived here for over 10 years.
I have been in Hunters Glen with my family almost past 7 years. It has been a great experience living here including some life changing experiences. Few years back, our apartment was caught on fire on a new years night. Luckily no one was hurt except the loss we took. But Hunters Glen showed their true support and teamwork at those times. The community has been growing tremendously since last few years and there are a lot of new upgrades. The landscaping is beautiful and there is a lot outdoor space for kid's activity. The best of all is their 24 hours maintenance and they are always available whenever needed. Friendly staff, 24 hours maintenance, and affordable place to live including new luxury townhomes. My overall experience is satisfactory and definitely would recommend family and friends. Thank you,
If you're looking for a safe and quiet neighborhood, a place that is surrounded by beautiful landscaping, 24 hr maintenance on hand, pet friendly environment, then I have just two words for you, Hunters Glen! Here you will find on site activities such as a swimming pool, a gym, playgrounds, and so much more. It is conveniently located close to some great shopping areas, and also some fine restaurants. So come on over to hunters glen and experience the good life for yourself.
This is my first year at Hunters Glen. This is my first apartment and i am so bless to be at Hunters Glen. The community is like a big family everyone is so friendly.I had neighbors help me move in things in my apartment. Its awesome at Hunter Glen.I tell everybody about Hunter Glen. The place is peaceful and safe.Im to walk at night and know that i am in a safe environment.I happy to say Hunters Glen is my home.O yea the apartment makes me feel like im at a hotel.its just so relaxing.
Hunters Glen is a good place to live. I feel safe here and no problems withe the office staff. The office staff is great. I really miss Wayne (RIP). The only complaint I have is maintenance. They really need to step up their game. They put a hole in my wall fixing an air-conditioner and tried to cover it up with my curtains. While fixing Mr air-conditioner they placed the parts on my bed and ruined my comforter. I've been asking for new blinds now for several years and no response and it took several years to get new carpet. Thanks to Wayne(RIP) I finally got it without paying extra rent. It just took negotiating and the state inspector to arrange a day that coincided with my day off. The maintenance department is very difficult and unreasonable. Besides the maintenance department this is a very clean and beautiful place. The grounds are well kept and pretty. I LOVE IT HERE!!!!!!!! ??
I moved to Hunters Glen in October of 2014 with my boyfriend, John. This is both our first place together, as well as the first place either one of us can call "ours". Included: Heat, Water, Trash/Recycling, Gym, Dog Park, Playground Extras: Olympic Size Swimming Pool, Early Rent Payment, Referral Bonus ($300), Early Lease Renewal Bonus ($200), Washer-Dryer Hookup available in select units (W/D NOT included). Dishwasher included in select units. Pets and children welcome ($200 deposit for pets, breed restrictions apply). Beautiful landscape with resident turkeys on premises (baby turkeys are SOOOOO cute!), nice variety of birds, and your typical crew of mischievous squirrels. CLEAN! I challenge you to find trash anywhere on premises. Nice neighborhood in gated community. Frequent events. (ex. cutest pet contest) On grounds patrol/security, helpful maintenance staff. Office staff very friendly helpful. I'm honestly trying to think of anything negative to say about my experience here at Hunters Glen, and can't think of a single thing...
THIS IS A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE IF YOU WANT TO BE CLOSE TO SHOPPING CENTERS, RESTAURANTS, BANKS, GROCERY STORES, AND PRETTY MUCH ANYTHING THAT YOU NEED ON THE DAILY BASES. WHERE ELSE CAN YOU LIVE WITH A POOL, PLAYGROUND, LAUNDRY ROOM, GYM, AND EVEN A DOGGIE PARK ALL RIGHT THERE IN YOUR COMPLEX. THE MAINTENACE TEAM IS GREAT; 24 HOURS.THE GRASS IS WELL KEPT. THIS IS A GATED COMMUNITY, WITH SECURITY, AND ALARM SYSTEM IN YOUR APARTMENT. THEY EVEN DO A BED BUG INSPECTION AND PEST CONTROL IS ALWAYS AROUND. I LOVE IT. THE SCHOOL SYSTEM IS EXCELLENT. YOU CAN RUN INTO VERY FRIENDLY PEOPLE IN YOUR AREA. EVERYONE LOOKS OUT FOR EACHOTHER; WE ARE LIKE FAMILY. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND LIVING HERE AND COULDN'T CHOOSE A BETTER PLACE TO LIVE. THIS IS COMING FROM A POSITIVE RESOURCE.
This complex is well maintained and pet friendly. The staff members are the best. The grounds are well kept. They give back to the residence by offering a variety of game nights, movie nights and pool parties just to name a few. Hunters Glen offer large courtyyards, a pool and parks for the children.I love my complex and the fact I can just sit outside at night and stargaze. I have been living here for over a year and I dont see myself leaving its a great place to retire.
Hunters Glen is a wonderful apartment community located within walking distance of several shopping centers and eateries and home to one of the best school systems in NJ . The office staff are amazing, they listen to the residents suggestions and constantly make improvements to the community adding new playgrounds, extra parking, BBQ areas in the family parks , modern appliances , even play areas for pets . We have a awesome maintenace crew that ensure the grounds are immaculate and they respond quickly to all request for repairs or assistance. It is a diverse & safe community that I've had the pleasure of raising my son in
Our second floor home in Hunters Glen is my secret hideaway! I asked for an end unit backing to a specific bend in the creek, and within two weeks we were moving in! WE had searched for years for an excellent public school district in an affordable, well-placed community in Burlington County. The Delran school district has exceeded all our expectations and restored our faith in the public school system. Hunters Glen was the only place within our financial reach in Delran, and the rent includes taxes, heat and water! Our two bedroom apartment was carefully designed for convenience, privacy, and scenic views. Our front windows allow us to people watch and our rear balcony offers a magnificent view of wildlife. The woods keep our apartment cool in summer. In fall and winter the stream is visible. The walking trail begins right behind our building; one can walk for hours in seclusion in the woods along the creek. Hunters Glen has a great swimming pool with nominal fees, a playground and a newly renovated (free) fitness center open 24/7. The traffic moves slow enough through Hunters Glen for safe walking, biking and jogging - a nice way to meet your neighbors, who seem friendly and helpful. Many people rely on public transportation, with major NJ Transit bus lines right at the entrance to Hunters Glen. The River line is 3 miles away and for a mere 1.50 per ride will take you directly to anywhere from Philadelphia to Trenton, giving you access to connections all over the country. The speed bumps within Hunters Glen ensure that traffic stays at about 5 miles per hour throughout the community. We quickly learned to factor in the extra 5 minutes it takes to reach the gate at that speed. I personally tend to go out less often because I do not enjoy the speed bumps and neither does my car, but this encourages me to get out and walk, and Hunters Glen is great for walking! The community is right off Rt 130 - a major divided thoroughfare, so crossing takes place only at breaks in the concrete divider. I walk across several times a week to reach the array of establishments on the other side of Rt 130. I could easily find everything I need within walking distance of Hunters Glen. There is a Target, a Post Office, a diverse assortment of eateries, medical and veterinary care - you name it! My wish list for Hunters Glen is short: a business center for those days when my home printer and/or computer are down!
I will like to say that I am happy to live at the hunters apparents it's the best place to stay I came from north nj and it's the cleans place I have lived in and quite place!! :))
This gated community is a very safe to live. Rent is affordable with monthly and annual incentives. Bonus offered for referral. Nearby are shopping centers, markets, buses, schools ,churches etc. The parking lots and apartments are spacious. Assigned and unassigned Parking spots make it convenient for renters and visitors. Large fenced porches. Indoor pool and playground for kids. Staff is courteous. Repair if any is not delayed even on weekends. No problem with Heat and air conditioning system. Great community. I would recommend it to anyone.
I have been living at hunters glen apartments for about 2 years now and I can honestly say I love it! The staff in the leasing office, security booth, and maintenance are very helpful and nice. Everytime that I have had to call maintenance I get a fast same day fix on whatever it is I need! The only one thing that bothers me is the parking in my court. The court that I live in is very congested and we only have 1 assigned parking spot and have 2 cars so it's always packed when we try and park our second car but when I called the leasing office again they were very nice and helpful and said they know about our area and our working on plans to fix it, which they did and they are still working to fix a few things. But not every court is as congested as mine, it just so happens to be the one I live in. Other then that I love my apartment. I never hear my neighbors at all, u can't hear noise threw the walls which is great! My building is a converter building which means some tenants smoke and others don't and eventually when people move out the whole building will be smoke free, but I must admit I have never once smelled any smoke smell or anything in my apartment from any of the other apartment around me. Another great thing about hunters glen is they are always having fun activities for there residents. From movie nights outside, to pool parties, even cutest a dog and best costume contast around Halloween! Over all hunters glen is a great place to live! I have recommended 5 people that I know to hunters glen and they have all moved there and have not had and issues!
