Situated just north of the state’s capital, Zionsville is a thriving suburb with an excellent rated reputation. With great schools and a small-town feeling, Zionsville has a “white-picket fence” atmosphere.
The quaint feeling of Zionsville can be credited to the wonderful people that make up this strong community. There are several seasonal events and volunteer opportunities that let people get connected through celebration or service.
If you’re looking for good places to eat and charming boutique shops, you don’t have to stray far from Main Street. Many Main Street buildings are historic adding to the peaceful old-time feel of the city. The historic downtown also values the arts. There are many galleries and studios that residents can visit. With seventeen parks, a nature center, and a large golf course located throughout the city, residents have no shortage of adventure waiting for them.

Property Ratings at Hunters Point Apartments
Upon taking possession of this apartment (we were never allowed in the apartment before taking possession as it was being repainted and new rug installed) we suffered from allergic reactions from a smell that was always present. We liked the location so we tried to remedy the situation by employing several solutions at our own expense even after the complex hired a vendor to ozone the apartment. We purchased a Bio shield UV-C Air sanitizer system, a ozone generator, AND hired our own vendor for a bio-sweep elimination treatment for a total cost of $500. We felt the apartment was uninhabitable due to the fumes which raised serious concern for our health subjected to prolonged exposure. Due to our concerns and the inability to eliminate the source of the fumes, we were forced to move only after four months. We approached the complex management for flexibility with the lease break provision and were pointedly denied any relief. Our strong recommendation is to avoid Hunters Point Apartments in Zionsville, IN. The property management gave us minimal customer service consideration to rectify the source of the smell. Avoid this complex, there are plenty of better places to live. Deeply disappointed with them. The attached photos show possibility of mold in windows and dirty furnace.
Property Manager at Hunters Point Apartments, Responded To This Review
Hi Michael, we would like to apologize for any inconveniences that have occurred during your stay with us. Please know that we do our best to provide our residents with an amazing home and excellent service. We are sorry that we did not hit the mark with you and thank you for being patient and understanding while we tried to work things. We apologize that the concessions and offerings we made to you were not satisfactory.
I could not be more pleased with Hunters Point. First of all, the office staff (Beth and Barb) are two of the nice women that I have ever met. They go out of their way to make this complex feel like a community, and it is impressive how well they know each of the residents. One thing that really speaks to the quality of Hunters Point is that both Beth and Barb have worked as property managers for 15 years. Hunters Point is privately owned, so it is nice that the management is not changing every other month like other complexes. As far as the apartments themselves, they are not luxurious or over-the-top by any means but they are nice and well-maintained. The property itself is also kept in good condition. You will not beat the location of Hunters Point on the northside of Indianapolis either! The complex is perfectly located in Zionsville, just a short 1-mile walk to downtown and many of the beautiful parks in the area. Also, grocery stores and restaurants are all within a 5-minute drive. Even though you are close to city amenities, street noise/lighting has not been an issue. Also, Hunters Point is across the street from the police station so safety has never been a concern of mine. I highly recommend Hunters Point. You will not regret living here!
