Absolutely horrendous experience at Hunters Pointe Apartment. From the moment I moved in, I was met with nothing but problems. The apartment complex is infested with cockroaches — they’re everywhere, crawling around the property and making it impossible to live comfortably. The overall cleanliness of the complex is abysmal; trash is often left around, and it’s clear that maintenance is non-existent. The neighborhood is rough, and it feels unsafe, with constant noise and questionable activity around the complex. But the worst part? The staff. They are not only unhelpful but downright disrespectful. Any issues you report are met with indifference, and don’t expect any prompt solutions. They seem to have no regard for tenant concerns. To top it all off, if you’re thinking about moving out, be prepared for a nightmare with your security deposit. You will not receive it on time, and getting any kind of resolution is nearly impossible. Save yourself the trouble and stay far away from Hunters Pointe Apartment. It’s a miserable place with awful management and an infestation problem that you don’t want to deal with.

PLEASE STAY AWAY HORRIBLE SERVICE LIVE ELSE WHERE .. They have terrible customer service we pay for unnecessary things ! Front office is very JANKY !!The maintenance is no good. They a tow your car for no reason leaving you with a fee! Just stay away from hunters pointe
I've been living over here in these apartments for almost five years third time I've had to call for emergency maintenance. and every time no one shows up call tonight at 1:00 a.m. it is now 4:33 in the morning water running everywhere faucet broke upstairs shower could not cut the water off and still no maintenance.
Trash everywhere, bugs everywhere you step. Horrible management at office. This was the worse place I’ve ever lived. They gave me a tour of the same model as my apartment and it was nice looking, but once I got into MY apartment it looked like someone got into a fight and then left. it was dirty, things were broken. Just horrible. And then for these ppl to charge so much for such a horrible neighborhood is mind blowing to me.

No laundry mat no pool I went without air conditioning and a working oven for a little over 4 months IN THE SUMMER TIME there are gunshots and occasionally people arguing the office never answers the phone water bugs are huge and you see them so often you'd think they paid rent too they treat their residents rude you can tell their money matters your living conditions dont. If you do get ahold lf someone on the phone speak with Tiffany even though she couldnt do much with my issue she didnt make any false promises and she speaks to you like she cares about the fact you pay to stay there. Your a customer when speaking with her not just a business opportunity. But if your fine with gun shots, no ac in the summer, cooking restrictions and friendly water bugs this is the place for you.
I moved into my apt 3wks ago. I loved the floor plan I saw online and upon first walking/moving in the apt I noticed 1 of 3 living room windows is covered with wood, possible burglary? office did not notify prior to lease signing, other 2 windows are nailed shut. Was promised to be fixed within a week but wood and nails still there 3wks later. Neighborhood entrance covered in pot holes, and security gate doesnt work. Only good thing is price, staying simply to save money so I can buy a house.
My apartment is in pretty good shape. The complex is ok even though when I first move to charlotte their website fooled us saying it had a beautiful pool, laundry room and park for the kids but it all was a lie. I think it's what you make of the apartment and how you take care of it that's what makes it all worth it. My kids love it here and we are comfortable thanks to the new owners. We are happy to have a roof over our heads and it seems to a good one this time. I got flooded out my first one in this complex because the roof was no good. Then my second apartment had termites and now I'm in one of the older apartments and I have had any issues yet. Thank God I moved to my 3rd apartment in the same complex in less than a year because I couldn't afford to just move out. We are saving to get a house when our lease is up.
After reading the reviews, I was a little skeptical about moving into the complex because of previous reviews stating that the staff was rude and the apartments were old. My dealing with the staff was not so. When my move-in date opposed a problem for me, the manager personally step in to ensure that my needs were accommodated by offering another apartment to my liking. The apartment was freshly painted and clean. When I did have to submit a work order for my toilet, it was repaired the next day and the office sent me a email letting me know that the order was complete. The only problem that I have is that the residence will not place their trash properly into the dumpsters and I think who ever is caught doing such should be fined. Although the apartments are old, they are solid and I am sure any upgrade would raise the rent so for now, so far, so good.
