I have thoroughly appreciated how friendly the staff is here at Hunter Pointe, especially Jack! He is always so nice and helpful with anything you may need in regards to maintenance. I highly recommend Hunter Pointe as it is a quiet and friendly community !

It's quiet here and nice. New management I'm not feeling.the apartments itself look nice but it doesn't get cold in the master bedrooms. I've moved into 3 different apartments and it's the same problem. We called maintence and they said to move into a colder room, then what's the point of a master bedroom. Rent went up when new management took over, they are kind of rude and bad attitude. Then every time they need to work on something involving the unit we get a note on door the day of , no wanrning! Luckily I'm moving soon and will not recommend to anyone.

We have been very happy to be able to honor all current leases at the rental rate you signed your lease at. We are also very excited to be able to offered newly renovated apartments not only to new residents, but also current residents who are interested in upgrading their current apartments. I understand how important it is for our residents to be able to count on us to meet the maintenance needs of the community and we offer several ways of communication. We send out a monthly newsletter to give a general heads up of what will be happening in our Community in the coming month, plus notices are sent out in advance of whatever the planned activity is, and we also post to our Facebook page which, by the way, is a GREAT way to stay informed of all the goings on at Hunter's Pointe including our Resident Events and parties!
New Management so far not so great. New lawn care hired leaves weeds & uncut patches. I have never went into a clean pool restroom. Laundry rooms are messy, yuck! It is quiet & maintenance has been good when needed. Have noticed many stray cats around lately. I have enjoyed living here in the past but it just seems ew now!

"a great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout room is open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the 2 pools areas are lovely and clean, laundry room is always accessible -feel safe coming and leaving. This community is very well kept and clean. The updated appliances were pleasant to see as well as the comfortable feel. Sam f.
