Thank you so much for taking the time to post such kind words, have a wonderful day!
Since multiple staffs are present in this place, each time when u go to the leasing office you have to explain the same old problem which they don’t try to solve. When we go and ask they will say we will try. Please keep a proof if you are giving money orders and ask them to send out an email. They don’t have a camera inside their office for the proof. Also each time you go to them they come up with new answers and try to confuse you. While giving the house they mention their houses as renovated but you will get to know the poor condition of the house once u move in. We do have pictures to support. Also, when u leave the apartment they charge you heavily for cleaning and problems which were present before we could move in. If you try to ask about these extra charges, You will never get reply for your emails. I truly miss the old management where only one lady use to manage the office and take care of everything so smoothly. We just stay here for location otherwise there is no reason to stay. Conam is trying to increase money every now and then.

New management is WORST, they don't want to listen you. I vacated becoz of the rude behavior and no consideration for any issues raised. - I WILL PURELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS ANY MORE - I stayed here for more then 5 years and previous management was lot better than current one.

All positive comments are before new management. New company started construction which they said would only last a month per construction building. This was a lie construction is still going on. Equipment blocking majority of parking places and the outside patios you pay for can't even be used because the workers pushed down the fences. Price on the increase for tenets who look to renewal leases but new tenants get a bunch of discounts. Don't fall for it because the next year they will increase not only rent but miscellaneous charges. Office is always closed without notice.
-Raising rent 10% - maintenance don't respond until they want to. Put a request in online, only having to call main office after waiting for a week to get a follow up - Construction for past 5 months and it still not completed in each section - not able to use all amenities offered (deck, deck storage, parking for guests etc..) do to construction yes, but we still have to pay full rent. - deal with it or move out mentally it seems with the mangement team.
Before ConAm took over end of 2018, the management at Hunter's Run was helpful, efficient and responded to problems without any trouble. The apartments were modestly remodeled, and while the walls and ceilings were thin, it was an adequate apartment. My only real gripe was rent jumping nearly $200, especially when much nicer and newer complexes were offering apartments at similar prices. After it was announced that ConAm was taking over management (without any prior warning), it seems as though things are going downhill fairly quickly. Just in the short time they've taken over I've encountered: - Leasing office staff closing the office hours early, and sometimes not even showing up for work at all (again, without any notification to renters) - Missing dumpsters - on more than one occasion I've gone to take out the trash only to find no dumpster (at night, no less) - No new way to pay rent electronically, after they promised it would be back up after the new management took over - Inaccurate representations on their website - one stock image on the homepage shows a view of downtown New York City...and a pool that definitely isn't the one we have. - Absolutely ZERO communication on how the management change will affect residents - Removal of rent prices from their website and Apartments.com (I won't be surprised if rent skyrockets or a mass eviction to build new buildings in the not-to-distant future.) I guess time will tell whether or not these issues are just growing pains, rather than a cash grab with a side of incompetence.
Property Manager at Hunters Run, Responded To This Review
First, we'd like to thank you for sharing your concerns with us. Our residents are our priority and we want to make sure we are providing them with the absolute best living experience. We'd like to take this opportunity to address some of the items in your review. Pricing - Since our new team took over management we've made only a few changes to our pricing. However, it's important to note that pricing can change depending on a number of factors including availability, renovations, the market, etc. Leasing office closed - We have a brand new team in the community. Having said that, it is possible that during the first few days after the transition in management the office may have closed during lunch if there was only one leasing team member working at the office that day. We can assure you our team is committed to our residents and will make sure to communicate any changes to our office hours. Missing dumpsters - While we have not received any reports of missing dumpsters in our community, we'll make sure to inform our maintenance team and resolve this issue. Paying rent online - We apologize for not having online payments available earlier this month. The activation of our online payment system took longer than expected and we were unable to have it available by January 1st. However, we have been working to have this available for February. Please be on the look out for communication from our office regarding online payment. We want to make this transition is as easy as possible for our residents and apologize for any inconvenience. Our team is excited for the changes coming to Hunter's Run and we hope you will too! Please don't hesitate to stop by our office to meet our brand new team or give us a call at (844) 897-7128 for any questions. Thank you!
Great complex. Prices are getting high. Great management staff. Clean and well kept grounds. Excellent location. Pet friendly. Easy access to bike and walk paths.
I have been living here for 3.5 years now and did not feel bored with the apartment or the location. It is calm and gives enough space for me to work from my home office :):), highly recommended without any reservations!
