Cherry Creek South residents enjoy its amenities as well as direct access to Interstate 24 and Interstate 275. In addition to cheap Cherry Creek South apartments, residents enjoy nearby lake activities and proximity to University of Denver.

Property Ratings at Hunter's Run
Hunter’s Run has been a wonderful renting experience for me. Front desk staff is always very nice and helpful, especially Samantha! Maintenance repairs don’t take too long to be completed, and most of the people who live here are pretty friendly. Hot tub is also open year-round! The only reason I can’t give Hunter’s Run 5 stars is because the parking is obscene. It’s obvious at some point they tried to add more parking spaces to their (still) too small parking lots, and these new spaces are very small and hard to get into, especially when your neighbors seem to not care about their parking jobs. If you’re coming home after 8 pm, don’t expect to get a spot anywhere near your building.
We moved here in May to escape another crummy apartment. While the windows and laundry room are a perk, we haven't found much else to brag about. The structural integrity of the building is horrible and we can hear every step our upstairs neighbors take; our downstairs neighbors can hear everything we're doing, too (and she's certified psycho, don't even wanna go there). There are raccoons in the dumpsters, the parking spots are SO small even for my teeny tiny car and our cars were instantly banged up. We often have to park on the street. There are people screaming and fighting and throwing stuff outside every other day. If it weren't for all the other people surrounding us, however, it is a fairly decent apartment. Front desk has always worked with us on repairs. If you have a package delivered and it goes to the office, they have a room full of packages that anyone can just take from. I send packages to my parent's house now.
Friendly environment. Office staff always courteous and quick to respond. Can be a little loud with little kids running around but that doesn't bother me. It's nice to have a place I can go home to and relax.
For the price there's nothing better in Denver. But the maintenance is awful, they take forever to come out and fix anything. The fix is only a cover up and doesn't last. My sink has so much gunk on it that it can never look clean. Management knew I was moving in across from a wife beater and never told me. And the property manager has a nasty temper. He yells, curses and hangs up on people. If you're desperate I get it. But I wouldn't if you don't have to.
While this is neither luxury living nor trendy, it's still a place I'd be proud to show to Grandma. It's just the basics one needs to make a few walls into a space that feels like home. The apartments are older, but are well cared for. The grounds are well-maintained, everything from pretty landscaping to the parking lot being kept clean and surfaced well through the seasons. Really nice office staff, who are responsive and intelligent, and seem to communicate efficiently with one another. The amenities are numerous: multiple swimming pools, hot tubs, workout facilities, covered parking available (for extra, per usual). And the price point is affordable! The action of Denver's various scenes are within fairly close reach, as are commodious routes to the mountains. Yet the neighborhood and apartment community reflect sleepy suburbia and respectful tenants who keep quiet hours well.
I was shown an apartment but it was the faster tour I have ever taken. Leasing agent said they didn't know when they would have a vacancy. This apartment has over 300 apartments - odd that every unit is filled.
