Property Ratings at Huntington Chase Apartments
The apartments are great BUT, the grounds are starting to become hideous and car wash doesn't work. There is a weekly Contract with GLEM (Georgia Environmental). The bushes look rough. Lazy work
Property Manager at Huntington Chase Apartments, Responded To This Review
While I'm glad to hear you enjoy our apartments, I'm very sorry you have any complaints about our groundskeeping or facilities. I will look into the concerns you've raised in our constant effort to improve, but please get in touch if you'd like to discuss them directly. I'd be glad to take your call and help however I can. Thank you, Whitney - Property Manager - (833) 879-8131
This is the worst apartment community. Everyone knows it, everyone that moves in here quickly leaves and wants nothing to do with the apartments after they leave so they never come back to comment. Whitney will call you and yell at you if you only want simple things done. If the maintenance staff shows up they will make excuses for their lack of knowledge. I have gotten told one thing by one person in the office and one thing by the maintenance staff. The craziest thing I was told is that an air conditioner unit will only cool down 20 degrees from the outside temperature. So if it is 100 degrees it will only cool to 80 degrees, and that it should be kept at 78 during the day. By time the apartment cools down it will be 4 or 5 am. So, get ready for a $300 electric bill. I also was told that I did not need a fire alarm in one of the rooms because by time the smoke or fire spread it would be to late anyways by time it reaches that room. I can not make this stuff up folks. Beware....
In the guest bedroom closet, they painted over serious water damage. The guest room had mold growing on the cieling when I first moved in, it is still there. Make sure that if something goes wrong you do NOT email management, as they are unlikely to respond and/or read the email. You should get in contact with maintenance staff directly. My fridge broke and I made the mistake of telling managament it broke in an email to them, and it never got fixed until I walked down to the front office and told them. Much to my suprise they had failed to recognize the email. I went without a fridge for a week, then another 3 days while a new one was ordered. The gates are normally open, and always under maintenance. This is not a gated community, do not take into account what their website says. I got transfered due to work, and my transfer date was 1 month extra than my 12-month lease, meaning i lived here for 13 months. The first 12-months where a normal rate, but the last month I was forced to pay 25% extra in basic rent. There reasoning was that it was the single month rate. I also gave them over a 60 day notice, so they knew my move out date around 75 days in advance, yet they still charged me an extra 25% that last month, I understand it is the *rules, but it is lacking a sense of empathy for the residents. I had no other choice but to pay this extra 25%. Anyway, It is a clean and quite complex. Just lacking in customer support.
Huntington Chase Apartments is a excellent place to live.
Huntington chase is the best luxury style apartment community in Warner Robins! Highly Recommend
i just moved in an So far its been an excellent experience especially maintenance he is awesome as well as the front office
The maintenance personnel and the office personnel are very professional. They all show a genuine concern for the tenants in my opinion. I have lived in Huntington Chase Apartment for over 3 years
Huntington Chase Apartments is nice and well managed. It is centrally located within a short driving distance from plenty of shopping areas. It is relatively quiet and everyone seems to get along.
Very nicely kept and secure apartment complex. When I decided to move to Warner Robins and began looking for apartments, one thing that impressed me and, in fact, was the deciding factor, was the friendliness of the staff (specifically Mrs. Robin) and what I felt was her going over and beyond what she "had to do" in order to try and "sell me" and convince me to move her. The noise level lis minimal and very good facilities and professional staff.
Is a good place to live. My concern is Security
Very comfortable, spacious, good value, professional, friendly staff
Appartment office staff is great , but maintenance sucks!
Completely satisfied with everything, my year is almost up and if it wasnt for my out of state move I would continue to make this my home. I have no complaints about staff or service...
Huntington Chase Apartment use to one of the best places to stay. The property was beautiful and the staff very helpful. The many changes have has its tool on the quality of the apartments.
The new management is on point. Any issues I've had were remedy fairly quickly, which is a big change from previous management.
Great community, clean, peaceful and safe
We love it, thank you
I'm glad I waited to write my review after living in Huntington Chase for over a year now. (I want to say right now that the maintenance men who worked for the complex were the only good thing about this complex.) Upon first glance, Huntington Chase is very nice. Boasting about a gated community, a pool and amenities, (more about these later) we couldn't wait to see their model apartment. My husband and I toured the apartment and the grounds and saw how nice everything looked. Had I known what goes on behind closed doors, I wouldn't have signed the lease so quickly. The apartment was nice, two rooms, one for the new baby, one for us and 2 bathrooms. The apartment also came with mice in the pantry behind the washer and dryer, a rat in the a/c closet, squirrels in the walls and ceilings and water bugs. But it's okay, pest control is included in the rent, if you request it, if the office remembers to put you on the list and pest control actually comes by. The amenities i mentioned earlier... well, the security gates are constantly broken and never work for more than 24 hours before a resident hits it and it's forced to remain open again. The trash compactor is constantly breaking so trash is always piling up stinking up the property, I'm glad we live on the opposite side of the property. The pool is dirty and the water is always cloudy. The dog park was incorrectly covered in mulch with the dog clean up stations overflowing with untied, full doggy bags. But the worst was still to come. My air conditioner has been broken for over a year and finally stopped working for the past two months resulting in electric bills totaling over $200 or even $300. My husband and I have talked leasing consultant Robin, new office manager Whitney and old office manager Heather several times getting the same answer of, "it's hot, this is Georgia". The only person in that office who has any idea of what she is doing is Sidney, the assistant property manager. Sidney is the only competent staff member, the only one who shows respect to the residents. She finally listened to us and had someone come check out our system. We were told our ac was in fact broken and needed a new part. After a three week wait including a week of complaining about my 11 month old getting heat rashes, they finally gave us a window unit. At this point the only thing we can do is pay a $2020 lease termination fee and get out of these apartments as soon as we can.
These are apartments are definitely not with the price, there are roaches in the apartments even with us paying for Pest control. The management is horrible we were told a specific move in date and weren’t notified that it had been pushed back! The gate has been broken forever. What’s the point of a gated community if anyone could just drive in? I would never ever recommend these apartments to anyone!
Worst apartment complex ever. Looks nice but management is HORRIBLE. The buildings hallways are infested with spiders and ants would get inside my bathroom all the time and I told them on many occasions but they did nothing about it. Once some hornets built a nest on the stairs and I was stung when walking down them. We told the manager about the nest so they could take care of it and she said “oh yeah I saw that earlier...” Willful negligence is what that is, and we still had to kill the hornets ourselves. I guess I should also say we paid monthly for pest control. The dumpsters were always overflowing so were the dog poop stations. Even when I asked specifically for them to empty the cans at the dog park and refill the bags they never did. They were always rude and condescending, obviously did not care about their residents. Maintenance was terribly understaffed and they refused to hire extra help. Every time they came to fix something they were late getting to us and always apologized. Terrible communication. Twice I woke up to shower before work and we didn’t have water, it had been shut off and I didn’t get an email to let me know until later in the day. Once I got a message (after I was already at work) that someone was going to come into my apartment and to please kennel my dog and I had to call and tell them not to and they were very disagreeable. They definitely charge to much to be this horrible. DON’T RENT HERE
This is the most poorly managed apartment imaginable. They went around and put huge stickers on every person's car that did not "look good enough" and threatened to tow them if not fixed immediately. For many residents this was the only vehicle they could afford... Trust me, I wish I could buy a nicer car too, but thank you for reminding me that I can't and basically telling me I don't belong here. On top of that, the trash can is constantly overflowing, the dog stations never have bags so waste is all over the place, and bugs are really the primary residents. Hornets, spiders, roaches, and more completely take over through stretches of the year. A giant wasps nest was under the outside stairs and when my wife stepped on it they flew out and stung her. When we told the manager, she said "huh, I think I saw that one earlier!" Then why didn't you do something about it?! And while all of this is annoying, the part that genuinely makes it an awful place to live is the management's complete indifference and condescending tones. This is a feeling that is openly shared by most residents you speak with here. Honestly, I could go on and on, but I think you get the point. Please, do not rent here. There are other places in town.
I moved in July 2018. The apartments have been remodeled and are nice. The apartments have a lot of space and storage. Community is quiet and have had no issues. Would recommend this complex
The Apartments may look great although management is horrendous. I was told my move in date and I showed up on the specified date and the apartment was not ready. I received no notification at all and was told the apartment needed a few more days and it still was not ready. This caused me to check in and out of hotels multiple times until I decided this place is not worth the headache of poor management and I decided to rent somewhere else.
I am a current resident at this property. While on vacation i was robbed, My door was kicked in and multiple items stolen from me (TV's, Computers, and other valuable items.) A person could only imagine how unsettling that would make anybody feel. I notified the police and as well as the office staff. I was told the that as soon as the police finished their report. a staff member would be up to fix my door..... That didn't happen even after calling the emergency maint. line multiple time. So i was force to pay for a hotel because i couldn't sleep with my front door wide open. I came back home at 7am the next morning and the door was still wide open. I contacted the corporate office at 8AM. i was told somebody will contact me ASAP so i waited, and waited, and waited. 10:30 is when someone showed up after calling again raising cane. I've yet to receive a call stating why it took a day for someone to come out (and not fix my unit) but hammer a couple nails in the frame of my door. As a Property Management Company the Safety of the residence should be number 1. Not only is that the furthest from the truth but they obviously don't care about letting the residence know that. (Just now able to leave for work 10:50am)
Me and fiance came up there for the 2 bedroom 2 bath. Was discounted because fiance worked at Bluebird. So the next week when we had all our money together to reserve the apartment is callessential the leasing office and asked will we still be able to get the discountedge price, she was like yea. So next day we want up therected and the girl who dealt with us was not there so the manager said we couldneed get the place at the price. And I'm like why not I just talked to the other leasing person a day ago and they said we could. So the other leasing person was like ok call back tomorrow when the other person comes to work. I did that and told her that they said that since you gave us the discounted rate and I called just a day ago to ask if we was still able to get ithe discounted price that she had to give it to us anyways. She was like no I never said that. I was like ok I need my money back for these money grams. Will never ever deal with these people no more. Me and my fiance and 2 kids was lookingredients forward to moving here.
I was very shocked reading these reviews. I moved from Virginia to Georgia in July. The management did everything they could over the phone to help make my move as smoothe as possible. When meeting them and seeing them daily has been nothing but a positive vibe. We actually love having the all inclusive billing, that way we know what we are expected to pay monthly. The complex is nice and definitely family friendly, they have events on Thursdays, they even served breakfast at the gate. I've seen children bond together and play. The zoned school is one of the best. I'm a proud resident of Huntington Chase.

Lived here a short time I'm in the Military I had to tell them I was being deployed but in all honesty the apartment was nice and clean property but the leasing office has terrible communication skills that can be worked on there was always an attitude from the leasing lady my roommate and I decided to look elsewhere because it seems being rude is appropriate here.

This is a BEAUTIFUL property THE UNITS ARE AMAZING SPACIOUS CLEAN NO BUGS AT ALL!!! the tennis courts has a night light to enjoy tennis at anytime and the pool is full access for late night dips alse a fire place and grills in pool area. Volley ball court and also car port to wash and clean your car. However in all its glory this complex is not "family friendly" at all the employees in the leasing office have no care in the world about you or consideration at all!!!! The fees are ridiculous even if they are brought on by the offices lack of organization. The pay layout is absurd!!! Paying for cable you don't want!!! And not to mention there is a charge for everything!!! The main leasing agent is so rude!! Her sarcasm and tone of voice when speaking to residents is totally unprofessional. I had another property manager listen in on a conversation and she too was appalled!!! She makes them all look bad!!! The manager is a bit nonchalant and as sweet as she is but really shows no concern whatsoever about any one or anything this is the worst management ever. They also act as of calling maintenance is a crime. They always have an attitude but at least maintenance does a good job but this complex charges for everything and as soon as you ask to get something done its a problem.
