Property Ratings at Huntington Club Apartments
Moved in to a roach infested apartment. Caught strep throat from the roaches. Didn’t have heat until fall. The office is trying to evict me for complaining too much to them about living in an uninhabitable environment.
My experience at Huntington Club Apartments was incredibly disappointing. Frequent and intrusive police visits created an atmosphere of unease and insecurity, and the management failed to address this ongoing problem. Noise disturbances from loud neighbors made it impossible to enjoy peace and quiet. The lack of cleanliness and maintenance, with trash and dog droppings, made the living environment unsanitary. Lack of transparency regarding the security deposit and inadequate temperature control added to the frustration. Additionally, the prolonged lack of hot water for almost two months showcased the management's disregard for residents' well-being. I cannot recommend Huntington Club Apartments due to these issues.
I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and love my apartment. Office staff is helpful and friendly and maintenance does a good job at keeping the property clean. I have had my water off a couple of time for emergency repairs but it was back on within the hour. My neighbor are super nice and I’m very happy.
There are big roaches that come no matter how clean you are. I’ve asked countless times to patch up wherever they come from or to exterminate and the exterminators say they come but actually don’t. Maintenance still comes in whenever they please without any authorization from tenant and management changes almost every month. STAY AWAY!!
2 broken air units in my apt for over a year, broken dryer, broken light outside my apt, overcharged for rent, broken dishwasher, all the broken things, I've asked for months to be fixed, and they aren't. Screaming kids running up and down the stairs, leaving garbage everywhere. Stains EVERYWHERE in the stairs leading up to the apartments. Gross place
Well I just left a month ago, but since leaving I have had nothing but problems. I have attempted calling and emailing, but have received no response on my deposit or a package that was to be delivered and sent to my new mailing address. I left only because I wanted to buy a house.
nothing in my apartment has gotten fixed there's a huge hole in the bottom of my front door all of my screens in my windows and warped so noone of them close all the way
Best deal I found for the size of the apartment. Close to the expressway and to my job! My neighbors are really friendly and I love living here.
The rent is cheap and here is why...I stayed here and they have an infestation of American cockroaches! I came from a clean house so I kept everything nice & clean. My neighbors use to complain as well & the staff will just keep spraying. The exterminator even told me that They have a break in the plumbing or something and the plumbers are too scared to fix it because it's invested with American cockroaches (3" big scary greasy bugs that fly). The staff sucks and even the rental property ROCO sucks because they never answer. If you live here currently you may want to take legal action in getting out of your lease like I did. My A/c was old as dirt and when I told them that my fridge was leaking water they told me I had to much food in the fridge rufused to fix it. Also u have no control over the heat. I don't want no one to make the same mistake i made moving here
Where I live now is so diverse! You have people from all races and nationalities and they all get along well. Since being there, everyone has been very welcoming to me and look out for one another. I love my apartment it has just enough room for me and is in a great location where I am only 1 mile from shopping, entertainment, dining, and medical services each way. I really believe that my first apartment has won me over! I would suggest my apartment complex to anyone! I know they would love to live there!
