I had a terrible experience. I would not recommend living here. I am in the middle of suing this company now. I lost everything due to rat and roach infestation. The corporate office is really a corporate office either. Trust me it is not worth it. I've been through hell living here. DONT DO IT SAVE YOU MONEY. RUN RUN RUN RUN
LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR A PLACE TO LIVE!!!! ONGOING PLUMBING PROBLEMS AND BUGS IN SEVERAL UNITS!! My daughter has been residing at this complex for quite some time and she has had nothing but issues in the past 6-9 months. Prior to the new owners she had few complaints other than the water smells like sewage in the kitchen. They temporarily fixed the problem with a scent disk but that did not rectify the problem of the old plumbing pipes. In the past 6 months, there have been 3 MAJOR PLUMBING ISSUES. From what she says several residents have had issues with plumbing since being there. Apparently, it's so bad the tenants are no longer renewing leases so they have been offering referrals to entice residents to refer others. Why would the residents refer anyone when they have so many issues in the complex and they are continuously going up on the rent without making any major updates to compensate for the rent hike. The most recent issue my daughter had was NO HOT WATER for 22 DAYS!!!! The owner was reluctant to get a new water heater initially probably due to them having to pay for 2 other major plumbing problems as soon as they took over the property which there was hesitance in getting things done then. It took weeks to get things done each time she has had an issue. They did not see urgency in any of the matters. The contractors used have seemed to be somewhat incompetent each time they had to get outside contractors aside from the maintenance on staff. Maintenance has turned over several times since she has lived there. I am writing this review because after a review was left the complex had someone come put a 5-star review up. There is nothing 5-star about this place people! Not the service provided, the amenities, the quality of living, the price.....NOTHING. Any reviews left more than 2-3 years ago are no longer valid regarding how great this place is. The neighborhood is nice. The complex itself is NOT. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!!! GO LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE TO LIVE! NEW OWNERS ARE HORRIBLE!!!
Mgmt is awful. Cannot keep staff! CONSTANT PLUMBING PROBLEMS that they don't want to fix. Plumbing issues take weeks and months to fix. AND BUGS!! Not worth the money.
