Property Ratings at Huntington on the Hill
Even though I didn’t pick this apartment, this was my second option. Communication was on point and they were ready for every question I had for them. I did pick something a little closer to my work but I would definitely recommend this apartment.
I moved in 3 years ago, and it was a great decision. The staff are all so friendly and helpful, maintenance is always quick, the landscaping always looks well done and kept up, and a huge perk is being right next to Hines Park! I would highly recommend living here.
I just moved in a few months ago, and I love it here! Very quiet, right next to the park so I can walk down when it's nice out. Close enough to everything to be convenient but far away enough not to be too busy or noisy. The office staff is so friendly, and maintenance is quick and efficient!

Currently staying at Huntington on the hill. I’ve been dealing with hearing squirrels in the attic for the THIRD time in the last year! February 2020 May 2020 Currently I was told last week (2/23/21) by the leasing manager Pam it would take months to resolve. That’s interesting because I was told the last two times The problem was fixed! It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to understand they are finding DIFFERENT entrance points and it is probably an infestation at this point! You all are doing the bare minimum to fix this, lack empathy, But have the audacity to raise my rent $30. Ha..Hilarious! Corporate is also just as Unprofessional..I tried calling the regional manager Jackie. She must be busier than the president because she doesn’t answer at all. I’m definitely looking forward to leaving this place. And since this is a reoccurring issue..I am thinking about reaching out to the health department!
Overpriced for small apartments. Rent goes up every year but no upgrades. Trash overflows by the trashcans. No where to park. Neighbors are loud. Place has truly went down hill. Leasing specialist, has a huge attitude. As for maintenance..new maintenance guy does actually try fixing things..other one is incompetent. Pam the manager is pretty professional Other than this place is trash.
Management is rude and doesn’t respond to any complaints. It’s been a year and I still have yet to have carpet in my hallway. The old management was way better. Do NOT waste your time coming here. Attitudes are horrible and office manager is extremely rude. No concern for you or your apartment problems. If there were zero stars, they would have it.
Jessica the leasing agent, Pam the manager, and Solang in maintenance are absolutely awesome. Since they've taken over any problem that I've had it has been handled immediately. I appreciate everything that they are doing within the community.
Office manager rude and mean with a short temper and the new maintenance guys don’t know how to fix anything! They learning on your apartment don’t waste your time here.
I love living here. I recommend a lot of family and friends to move here. It’s quite and a lot of local stores in the area. Huntington On the Hills is a wonderful place to live. Me and my two kids love it here. ??
