Property Ratings at Huntington Ridge Apartments
My wife and I moved into Huntington Ridge the winter of 2017. We thoroughly enjoyed our overall experience living in their community. To start; maintenance deserves a lot of credit. We were there when they hired a whole crew of new faces to the maintenance team and we always saw them smiling and working together to do work on time and at a high standard. Sheila and Pacha in the leasing office were the best support the whole time we were living there. Sheila especially always took the time to greet us at the office and make sure we were doing well. Chiquita, Sheila's cat is also always a welcome face! The apartment was in great shape despite it's age and required little in the way of maintenance. We were in a one bedroom and we appreciated the layout for it's solid use of space and the outdoor storage/patio situation, and the washer/dryer in unit. The vaulted ceilings in the second floor units can make temperature management pretty hard, nothing a space heater can't fix though. Not having so many dogs around was a huge bonus and I will forever miss that. Thanks again to Sheila, Pacha, and the management team for helping give my family a place to grow and make memories.
This is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. It is quiet compared to other places as I don't normally hear my neighbors (can't hear them using the bathroom or doing stuff, the walls definitely aren't thin), the area is clean with no dog dookie laying around, rent is not over priced even upon lease renewal, water/sewer/trash included and so you pay the same every month, the staff is kind, helpful, and friendly, no cat rent (one time non-refundable deposit only), and the 105, 11, and 83L have stops nearby. My apartment (cheshire) was spacious. It had a fireplace, balcony, full size washer/dryer, and vaulted ceilings. I chose this place because they have a washer/dryer inside the unit, reliable public transit nearby, excellent reviews, and it's a really good deal on rent considering the size of my unit and everything it had. I don't have any complaints about the place. All my maintenance requests were done the same day. The only time it took more than a day was when they got me a brand new washer machine which understandably takes time. I was not expecting to get a new washer so I came home to a pleasant surprise! When I had issues with the heater, and told them the energy company says to get a certified person to fix it, that same day, the apartment manager immediately had a certified professional come in to fix it while I was at work, and I came home to a place with no problems. The apartment managers Sheila and Pasha are great people to work with, always made sure I was taken care of. Pasha was gracious in calculating whether a month to month lease or lease break would save me more money when I was relocating for a job (I would have stayed otherwise). I definitely would recommend Huntington Ridge Apartments to anyone who wants a good home and doesn't care for luxury. Actually, I think having a washer/dryer in my unit without really expensive rent is already a luxury. Many places would be more expensive even if they don't have washer/dryer in the unit. Thank you so very much everyone at Huntington Ridge for a really great living experience, I will miss you guys!
I have lived in several apartments around the Denver area over the years and can easily claim that this was the best complex I have lived in! The grounds are clean, the neighbors are friendly, and the apartments are really unique. I am only leaving to be closer to work, but am sad to go...I would recommend this place to anyone!
My boyfriend & I moved here from Louisiana (June 2015) and we have lived here almost a year now. We didn't even see the place before we signed the lease because they made us feel so comfortable! This was our first place together after college and it has been a dream, everyone in the office is so helpful & understanding. Our heater has broken twice (no ones fault) and each time the repair men were here within 30 min and had it fixed in less than an hour. The management makes you feel at home the way they are so understanding. we have had to pay our rent late because of unforeseen health issues and they were so awesome about it. The only reason we won't be re-signing is because we want to get a dog and they are not allowed here:( I'm sure we will miss the the outstanding management here that is so rare these days. I highly recommend living here, its super quiet, all the neighbors are very nice. I also work a job that requires me to leave very early (4:30 am) and sometimes get home very late (3am) and I have always felt very safe here at any hour! With the rent being so ridiculous in Denver you can't beat this place! Sheila & Pasha are doing an outstanding job!
This is is good and affordable. It close to all shopping center. The rooms are big. Living is nice due to a big massive window. It's a little in the 2000's model homes but the space is bigger than most apartments.
I have lived here for five years and i love it. They are friendly and the maintenance always comes out the same day. It's quiet and I've never had any issues with my neighbors. I highly suggest these apartments! The grounds are kept and they usually open the pool early! They also have unique and cute Floorplans.
I absolutely love living here. The office staff is very friendly and communicate well. The maintenance people are very friendly and quick. My neighbors are nice and aren't too loud. I can always find parking. Not to mention the price is great especially for Denver. I've lived here for a year and do not plan on moving. I am very pleased.
I had lived here about 2 years ago but had to move for a family emergency. I came back to Denver about a month ago and was looking all around. I totally ended up coming back to Huntington Ridge because it is just the best price, location, and "home"!! I truly LOVE this place and I'm here to stay for a while.
I have lived here since 2005 and I found the management staff is very friendly and helpful. They are willing to answer any questions or help with any concerns. Any maintenance, that is needed, is done in a timely manner by the nice, knowledgeable maintenance staff. The property is clean and very green, with lots of trees, plants and flowers. They got new roofs in 2012 and new asphalt in the spacious parking lot in 2013. The residents are usually nice and easy to get along with. There are some neighbors that can be noisy at times, but that is not very often. I have lived in 3 of the 4 models of apartments they offer here and loved every one of them. They were clean and freshly painted when I moved in. The rent is reasonable compared with other properties in the area. I would recommend Huntington Ridge to anyone.
