Do not move here!! This place is riddled with rats, mice, roaches and snakes! They do not fix anything yet charge for everything. You will go without hot water or water multiple times of year. Maintenance is incompetent. The roaches crawl on you at night, you can't open windows and the mold is unbearable. Live in your car before moving here.

The staff is disrespectful and not helpful at all. they do not have experience people to fix any type of issues you have. They property is not well kept the dumpsters are always full disgusting and trash all over the parking area they don't care for the residents. I've had numerous of problems with ac and other issues and they say they will send someone and don't. I call the office number and they don't answer at all it takes days to reach them. We have been without hot water for days on multiple occasions. This is not where you want to live. its not worth your money
Property Manager at Huntington Village And Cambridge Crossing, Responded To This Review
We're incredibly sorry to hear about your negative experience with our apartment complex and our team. It's unacceptable that you've had consistent issues, particularly concerning the maintenance and management of the property and we genuinely understand why you're upset. Rest assured that we take this sort of feedback very seriously, as it is our main priority to ensure all residents feel comfortable and appreciated in their living environment. We invite you to contact us at your earliest convenience so we may discuss further action towards improving your experience with us. Once again, deeply regretful about the inconvenience caused.
I’ve only lived here for 3 days and it’s already a stressful disaster. When they handed us the key, they told us we had no refrigerator and no stove. I had to throw my groceries out. The ac has not worked since the day we moved in and it’s too hot to sleep there, I’ve been staying elsewhere. I have reported it to them and they said they’d have someone come. They still haven’t so when I called again to have someone come, the lady who I spoke to gave me an attitude and hung up the phone on me while I was trying to ask her a question. The employees are so disrespectful and I really hate the fact that I’m leasing for a year. Stay away from here, no wonder the place is so cheap. Not worth the struggle.
Property Manager at Huntington Village And Cambridge Crossing, Responded To This Review
I'm really sorry to hear about your experience. It's clear that we've failed to provide you the service and comfort you deserve as a resident. The issues regarding the absent appliances and faulty AC are serious concerns, we absolutely agree with you on this. As for the communication issue, it should never have happened - our team is here to help, not hinder. We’d like to get in touch promptly to rectify these problems for you; look at options around your lease agreement if necessary; and discuss how we can improve our customer service moving forward.
