Property Ratings at Huntley Ridge Apartments
It has roaches, lied about dishwasher, always hearing banging and footsteps, you can hear people when they leave out the apartment doors, people yell, music being played loud, was NOT cleaned correctly before move in, sink counter in sink came stained, my windows are full of dead spiders that been here before we moved in, my bedroom closet came broken, holes in walls in corners and near outlets, painted over HAIR on the walls, drain takes forever to drain and has since we moved in, so many cats which isnt the issue the issue is they expect us to feed them.
I would not Recommend this place no anyone, but especially a single parent! Maintenance sucks!! Board of health comes and they STILL drag their feet about fixing things. I lived there for 3 1/2 years and my last year there was complete hell. My rent was raised multiple times for no reason. If you want an over priced maybe okay place to lay your head then I recommend other wise stay clear
Well let’s see how I can even start, they are the worst apartments ive ever lived in. They don’t fix any problems you have (that wasn’t even our fault) and when they do it takes at least a month, they lie to you about everything they do and they don’t give back the right amount in deposits even after saying how great our place looked compared to everyone else’s. And they have roaches and spiders and mold in the walls, don’t believe me? Then come check it out yourself lol this place is sooooo messed up. Marylin is real nice but has no say over anything apparently so she’s NO help. They only get 1 star because I can’t give them 0
if you want a very quiet, cozy, friendly, close to shopping, restaurants, well maintained home then come to Huntley Ridge Apartments they care about there tenants and are pet friendly as well . management to maintenance a very affordable place you can sink your roots in and enjoy a very nice community of people as well . they have 1 - 2 bedroom apartments that are affordable in price range.
I have lived here almost a year now and I would like to say it is a great place to live . they care about there residents and its a very quiet, friendly, and cozy place. management and maintenance do a great job making sure you are well taken care of . I would recommend living here 100% its very affordable and you are allowed to have pets as well....they have 1-2 bedroom apartments very affordable and close to everything as well.
I like it here because its quite , roomy, friendly , and cheap on rent 1-2 bedroom apartments . its kept up and the management is great if you have a problem which is very few they are on it like very quickly .... plus its very close to shopping, restaurants, parks, etc. its a wonderful place to live .... the tenants are all friendly as well and they allow you to have pets ....
I have lived here for awhile and it has a beautiful homey setting, nice neighbors, quite setting and the management is outstanding .... over all I would highly recommend HUNTLEY RIDGE APARTMENTS to anyone looking for a great place to live and the price you pay for the apartments are very affordable they have 1-bedroom and 2- bedroom apartments .... so come one come all its a great place ....
