Northwest Greensboro sits just 10 miles outside the downtown area, but it provides a vastly different view of the city than the streets and suburbs around the city center. With access to Lake Higgins and Lake Brandt, Northwest Greensboro is a scenic setting that’s perfect for anyone who wants to be near urban conveniences, but enjoys the thrill of outdoor adventures and afternoons on the water.
The area of Northwest Greensboro is made up of a number of fantastic, unique neighborhoods and engaging apartment communities. The area’s vibrant outdoor atmosphere is broken up in spots by conveniently located shopping centers, big-box stores, and a few restaurants along the main thoroughfares. Bur-Mil Park provides 250 acres of pristine land set between the lakes to the north, and there are plenty of bike trails along the shores as well. Commuting to the city takes just a few minutes thanks to the interstates that serve the area.

Property Ratings at Huntsview Apartments
if I could give it zero star that would be great I lived in this apartment complex for a year. nothing but constant disappointments. The day I moved in the apartment was not even cleaned there were stains everywhere bathroom exhaust was not working it took them 4 months to fix it. I paid more than $150 in gas bill in winter because of the leak in the window that needed to be replaced but they never did. then paid more than $150 in electricity bill in summers. if you want to do yourself a favor. Don't even think about moving into this apartment. The management and the staff will be your worst nightmare. On top of all this I paid 200 in water bill because one of the bathroom flush was leaking that they never send someone to fix and when I was moving out I was told that I'll pay one extra month and 3 days of proration which is understandable but guess what they charged months of rent worth $3000+. if anyone needs proofs of everything I said up here. Reach me out.

Huntsview/Living Well Homes: A Closer Look at Tenant Concerns Subpar Living Conditions • Huntsview/Living Well Homes provided unsatisfactory living conditions, including a mistaken unit assignment, delayed repairs, and prolonged amenity closures. Billing and Lease Irregularities • Rent invoices contained frequent billing errors, and lease renewals were sent late, disregarding the required 90-day notice. Inaccurate Final Billing • Despite providing a 30-day move-out notice as per the month-to-month lease terms, the final bill included incorrect charges and fees. Security Deposit Issues • The return of the security deposit has yet to happen despite my keys being turned in March 2nd 2024. There were unexpected deductions and additional charges added to my statement without proper explanation or opportunity for the tenant to be present during the two final walkthrough inspections. I have been trying to dispute these charges but the lack of communication from the property manager is making it very difficult, thus the reason I am leaving this review. To warn others and hopefully get a response from the management team. Positive Facade, Negative Reality While the complex may seem appealing, the poor property management practices overshadow the positive aspects

Thank you for leaving us feedback. We are disappointed to hear that your move-out experience was not a more positive one. With the details provided, our team is currently reviewing your account. We will contact you once our investigation is complete and ensure this is resolved to your satisfaction. Thank you for your patience!
This place is actual worst. Property management changes constantly. They keep hiring people who have no idea what they're even doing. Maintenance team changes constantly. Again, more people who have no idea what they're doing. No one picks up the phone. The office isn't open during the hours they say they are. I've had 5 major maintenance issues since living here, huge cockroaches in my apartment no one did anything about, they "replaced" the screens years ago with screens that had more holes and were even more warped. The buildings look like hell. The renovation on my apartment wasn't even completed all the way before I moved in. The pool has been broken for over a month now with no end in sight to fix it. This place used to be decent enough but it's done nothing but decline ever since. The only reason I haven't left is sheer laziness on my part. Save yourself the headache and just don't.

Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention. To allow us the opportunity to improve and address these issues directly, we kindly ask that you email us your name and contact information at feedback@livingwellhomes.com. With this information, we can also add you to Huntsview's courtesy pest control service. We invite all our residents to sign up, as regular prevention care and immediate extermination relief on a unit-by-unit level is the best way to prevent any unwanted pests in multi-family housing. Please know we are still working hard to complete the pool repairs as quickly as we can and are optimistic to have it open again very soon. We appreciate your patience with us thus far. Stay tuned as we will update our residents with a reopening date very soon!
The grounds are well kept. The apartment was clean and neat when we moved in. Very spacious and our agent, Ms Natalie, was so sweet and helpful. And the price we locked in for our 2B/2B was a good deal in this area. Would highly recommend to view the property and lease.

Thanks for taking the time to leave us such a lovely review. We're so happy to see you're enjoying your new home at Huntsview!
Do not and I repeat DO NOT live here. Honestly do not do any business or live at any Living Well property. The apartments are OLD, out dated, and not well taken care of. They don’t take care of the buildings, currently my unit has absolutely NO LIGHTS. Lastly good luck trying to call and reach out to anyone at the office because they DO NOT answer the phones here. You have to call about 10x before anyone answers the phone. What needs to happen is, they need to get rid of the property manager and along with his rude assistant property manager. The both of them don’t give a crap about anything here. We also do not do any type of resident events which isn’t cool either. Pls save your coin and don’t live here.

Hello! Can you please email me at feedback@livingwellhomes.com so we can work together to improve your experience? The exterior lights are being replaced this week - if ever you cannot reach us by phone you can email your manager Jalen at jstreet@livingwellhomes.com and he'll be happy to help you. As for the resident events, this is not something we could do safely during COVID however we've been doing a ton of engaging FB contests and giveaways. Thanks!
I moved here in October and I’m ready to leave already. The leasing staff sucks. There has been several time where I needed to call them and no one would answer. When I would go to the office to see what the problem was they would have the phone off the receiver so no one could get through. The show room looks nothing like the actual apartment you’re moving into. My apartment had a lot of problems even though it was ready a week before my move in date. They don’t keep the appearance of the property up at all. Recently there has been a BIG BUGS issue and no one has been by to spray even though we have to pay for pest control. Please look somewhere else besides here. It’s not worth the money. I’m trying to see if I can get in touch with cooperate.

Hi, we regret to hear that you had a negative experience with us, but would appreciate the chance to turn your experience around. You can reach us at corporate at feedback@livingwellhomes.com. In the meantime, I've spoken to Jalen and Brianna about sending pest control to your unit - they are scheduled and we apologize no one was able to visit during the holiday closures. Please email me at the address above with any other concerns!
Don't just view the model apartment. Walk around the property and check things out. Trash, landscaping, road condition. This property has been in the decline for the last couple of years. Lots of promises for improvement from office folks who are changed every couple of months. Very sad.
In the beginning I was very skeptical about choosing Huntsview Apartments as a place to live I did a lot of research and read a lot of reviews they were bad reviews but also good reviews so I took a chance, I went from moving from Florida to North Carolina and along the way Amy was amazing she always answered all of my questions whether it was a simple question or major, basically made me feel like I was making a great decision and the right choice and yet I have not regret it since then. I’m currently living in a two bedroom two bath apartment and I am in love with everything about it. if there’s any additional questions or concerns I may have, Amy and everybody in the front-desk are happy and willing to help me and my boyfriend. We are in love with this place and wouldn’t change it. Definitely Recommend!!!
The first year I lived here, it was average so when new ownership took over last fall, I was hoping it would improve but it's about the same. We just had a lot of snow and they haven't done any clean up. I saw a guy earlier today sprinkling salt over the snow on the sidewalk which will not clear the sidewalk, it's so deep they need to shovel it. If the past couple of months a sign of how the new owner is going to run this place, do not rent here.

Dear Resident, There's a lot of work to be done at Hunt's View, and you're seeing just the beginning of the transformation. You can look forward to building renovations and amenity improvements, as well as some new surprises coming in 2018! We thank you for your patience and encourage you to contact our Management Team at the office if you're experiencing any issues. I will inquire with your Community Manager regarding safety concerns after the snowfall. Thanks for bringing it to my attention. Sincerely, Andee S. Reputation Team, Living Well Homes
I've lived here for about five years now, and during that time I've dealt with staff that was excellent, neighbors that are awesome, staff that was rude and upstairs neighbors who are consistently inconsiderate. Some of the new staff has been completely dismissive about my complaints about the neighbors above me, telling me that they had already talked to them saying when they stomp around "isn't cool". As a nearly 300lbs man, our downstairs neighbors have confirmed they have never had this issue. And even though they are very clear about only having two pets maximum and have certain breeds of dogs, there doesn't seem to be any consequences in breaking these rules. There is one thing that Hunt's View has that not a lot of apartments have, and that is a respectful and courteous maintenance staff. I'm a bit younger than they are, but they still treat me with the same respect that they show any other resident.

Thank you for your review of Hunts View! We appreciate this feedback as we continue to make our community the best that it can be. It is disheartening to hear that your stay here has been anything but satisfactory, especially from a resident who has been here so long. We apologize for the inconveniences you have faced with your neighbors. Our staff works hard to fix these issues, but must tread lightly due to HOA laws. We are happy to hear that your experience with the maintenance staff. Our staff works hard to provide residents with Hassle Free Living in a place they are proud to call home. We would like the opportunity to turn this negative experience into a positive one. Please feel free to come into the office to discuss this further. -Kathy, Bell Reputation Team
I have lived in many apartment complexes across the U.S. My job requires me to transfer every so often, so i have lived in a few. Hunt's View, without hesitation is the best experience I've had. I've been here for 3 yrs. now and have enjoyed every part about it. The office staff is always very friendly, and have been a pleasure to deal with. They have answered any questions i have had promptly and with knowledge. Any maintenance requests i have had, have always been handled quickly and thoroughly. The grounds are always kept up and I think the pool is one of the nicest and cleanest I have seen.It is obvious the entire staff takes pride in their job, and it shows! I will stay here as long as my work allows, and would recommend Hunt's View to anyone who wants a nice, quiet place to live.
I've lived here for six years. The maintenance and office staff are historically excellent. Neighbors used to be wonderful on all sides, above, and below. The four newest neighbors with their three pets (apt policy claims a max of two) initially moved in at about 1:00am to their 3rd floor apartment in the middle of a work week. Ever since, their constant stomping and barking interrupts movies, games, conversations, and sleep whether it's in the afternoon, evening, or early morning. The worst part is seeing my cats flee the room in terror as the neighbors drop heavy objects on the floor or set loose their largest dog. I only complained to the office staff after meeting the neighbors, even going so far as to invite one into my apartment to witness the noise for himself. We exchanged numbers to communicate noise issues by text, but my notifications are ignored with no response. Despite numerous complaints to the staff, I'm simply told, "This is just part of apartment living. You need to let them live their lives too." So if you enjoy throwing lead weights across a 3rd story apartment at 4am for the largest of too many animals you own, Hunt's View will be glad to accept your money without the slightest expectation that you would be mindful of living around other people with a tendency to work 40 hr/week, Monday - Friday jobs.
Great location. Pet Friendly. Apartments have plenty of sound proofing between floors. Good mix of all age groups. Great pool. It is older than many other complexes around, but it's fairly well maintained. It's also not right next to the new highway construction that abuts quite a few of the complexes around this area.
Great apartment, great management and GREAT location! This apartment complex has all the great amenities you can ask for including a pool, gym, laundry room, and even a car wash and tennis courts. Even though it's located on one of the main roads and is just a hop and a skip from the grocery store, gas stations, shopping centers and downtown, I never hear any of the busy road buzz. The apartment is tucked away into a beautifully arranged and clean landscape. The apartments are updated and the neighbors are so friendly! But the best part is that the management knows their residents by name. Any time I need help with a payment delay or setting up pet rent, they treat me like old friends are willing to accomodate my needs. Even though this is my first apartment, I think it's safe to say I would be happy staying here for the rest of my renting life! Hunt's View really set the bar high for any other apartments around here. I am very pleased with HUNT'S VIEW!
