Property Ratings at Hurst Highland Village
've never had a nicer apartment or a nicer apartment staff than I did since moving to Oak Hills 4 years ago. Rent is pricey now but Oak Hills is lovely aesthetically. There are parking garages/spaces, there's a beautiful pool (which is generally populated in the summer), a workout room, a beautiful little gardeny area with a grill on both sides of the complex, and the apartments themselves have the best view if you are lucky enough to snag one of those. Really, though, what makes Oak Hills is a stand-out is the staff. They knew our names immediately. The maintenance guy (Tomas) is always there quickly and were so friendly, and one of them even came in on his day off to help with with something that really technically wasn't an emergency. Several times I'd be exiting the complex for work in the morning and find the apartment staff working early. They throw apartment parties with giveaways (once in a while although I have won anything). The location rocks've never had a nicer apartment or a nicer apartment staff than I did in my last year at the Easton. We had to move out because leaving roomates made the price too high for us. The Easton is lovely aesthetically. There's a parking garage, there's a beautiful pool (which is generally populated in the summer by young party people), a workout room with tvs, a beautiful little gardeny area with a grill on both sides of the complex, and the apartments themselves have up to date beautiful fridges and islands and tile. Really, though, what makes Easton a stand-out is the staff. They knew our names immediately. The maintenance guys were always there quickly and were so friendly, and one of them even came in on his day off to help with with something that really technically wasn't an emergency. Several times I'd be exiting the complex for work in the morning and find the apartment staff handing out breakfast goodies to all the cars. They throw apartment parties with giveaways (once we got $200 off of our rent for the month). The location rocks and if you do not mind waking up to the sight of wild turkey, deers, and nature, this is the spot for you! .
I just rented with Oak Hills and am so happy to find a great place! The staff is wonderful and the apartment is more than I could have hoped for. It turned out the apartment I rented turned out to have more square footage and a fantastic location with views of San Francisco.
