Louisville is the largest city in Kentucky, resting alongside the Ohio River on the Kentucky-Indiana border. The architecture in Louisville is a mix of old and new, with historic neighborhoods comprised of Victorian houses and towering skyscrapers scattered throughout the downtown area, many of which contain upscale apartments and condos available for rent.
The amenities in Louisville are just as diverse as the architecture. Renting in Louisville affords you the opportunity to see the famous Kentucky Derby at Churchill Downs, learn more about a boxing legend at the Muhammad Ali Center, and meet a range of animals at the Louisville Zoo. The city’s award-winning restaurant scene is an exemplary display of Southern cooking. Just outside the city lies the Louisville Mega Cavern, a vast underground space offering a broad range of adventurous attractions.

Property Ratings at Hurstbourne Crossings Apartments
My boyfriend and I moved in March 2021 and WE LOVE IT. The staff in the office are so nice and so helpful. Its a quiet complex. I have no complaints. I will recommend this complex to anyone.
Great property management staff and everything is well-kept and always looks nice. Lots of square footage, huge bedrooms for less than it would cost at a newer complex.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a 5-star rating! We're thrilled that you find our community to be quiet and spacious. - The Team at Hurstbourne Heights
I moved in about 2 months ago, this is my first place and I can honestly say I'm so happy I chose Hurstbourne Crossing Apartments! The start up process was so easy and stress free thanks to the amazing/friendly office staff. The complex is always very clean and well kept. Very quiet at all times. Maintenance is always right on top of things when you need anything. I have the Luxury 1 bedroom and it is SO nice. The rooms are very big and I especially love the huge closet in my room and the laundry room. I have nothing negative to say about these apartments and I would recommend them to anybody.

Thank you for the positive feedback! We are so pleased you are happy at Hurstbourne Crossing.
My wife and I have lived here for five years and have had no major issues with anything at all. The outside air unit started making a really bad noise one day and when I informed the office about it they had someone out the next day to fix it! And I know that normally doesn't happen at other complexes. The staff is wonderful, the grounds are always clean and neat, and all the neighbors we have our wonderful. We don't call this an apartment we call this "home

Thank you very much for your wonderful review! We hope to have you as residents for many years to come!
I went to visit the other day. As soon as I walked in I said "YES!" It's a great location and an extremely well kept property. I'm excited.
I lived in a 1 bedroom 1 bath for close to a year and a half. It was the best experience. Staff was so kind, and quick to help. My landlord, Lee, always went above and beyond. Any time I had an issue, he was there to help and resolve any problems I had. He’s kind, easy to get along with, and professional. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone!
Although I've enjoyed my stay, I've not enjoyed the inflation exceeding rent increases every year. The rent is increased approximately 5% every year, while the annual inflation rate remains between 3.0% and 3.5%. Every year it is the same generic letter (copied and pasted), which no one has the courage to sign, stating that, although no one enjoys rent increases, the increased price still offer good value. I'm sure you hate increasing your margins every year and it breaks your heart. The price has exceeded the value. You can find a lot nice amenities for the price. I would look elsewhere.
I lived at Hurstbourne Crossing for right at four years, and was extremely pleased the whole time. The facilities were well-maintained, the location was safe, and the staff was always very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. I sometimes would go running at 1 or 2 a.m., and I never had a problem or felt unsafe. I often saw employees checking on the facility, picking up little bits of trash that blew in (soda caps, small bags, etc), which is something that really spoke to how much they care about the appearance of the grounds. Location was also something that I was pleased with. Being across the street from Meijer was extremely convenient, and I often would walk to various little shops or restaurants that are just up the road. I only left this area because I took a new job in a new city. I highly recommend this complex!

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We are glad that you have enjoyed your time here and we wish you luck in your new endeavors.
I have lived here for about 4 years and really love it. These apartments are great and the staff work hard to maintain the property and address maintenance issues. As I have gotten older I need help and the on-site manager is always willing to do so. It is nice to know I can depend on management. Plan to stay here as long as I can!

Thank you so much for the wonderful compliments. We love our maintenance team and are glad you do as well!
I liked the apartment and complex. A little out of my price range!! But the agent was not very friendly or helpful!! He was rude to me and my daughter-in-law!!
My husband and I moved here for his schooling and we could not be more pleased with Hurstbourne Crossings! Our neighbors are so kind and respectful! The staff and maintenance are always prompt and caring! We are also grateful that the grounds are consistently kept very nicely. Overall, we are very happy to call Hurstbourne Crossings our home!
I have a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom, it's a very nice and quiet. I enjoy going home and relaxing.
I have been living at Hurstbourne Crossing since 2000. I have a large one bedroom, it is an awesome floor plan. I love living here, if I ever have a problem maintenance is out here the same day to fix it. I was having problems with my AC last summer and they had someone over that afternoon to fix it. The grounds are always kept clean, it makes me happy to call this place home.
I've been living in my apartment for 20 months and have little issue. Maintenance always comes out the same day or next and fixes any issues I have. The noise levels amongst my neighbors is minimal, and the location is ideal between J-town & Fern Creek. My only real qualm is the parking; the narrowness of the lots make navigating them dodgy when 2 cars are crossing paths. Overall, though, a great experience thus far. I have no intentions of moving in the foreseeable future.
My wife has lived at Hurstbourne Crossing Apartment for nearly 16 month an as of today the screen door, windows, and clock on her stove hasn't been fixed. the screen door won't close, the windows won't stay when open, the maintenance lady gave her a wood stick to hold up the window, the clock on the stove doesn't work, my wife was told to purchase her a timer from Lowes.
