I’ve been living at Hurstbourne Grand Apartments for a while now, and I gotta say, it’s a pretty sweet spot! My 1-bedroom place is a great space, with a balcony that’s perfect for chilling with some coffee in the morning. It’s super close to Shelbyville Road, so I’m like 10 minutes from Target, Whole Foods, and Oxmoor Mall—super convenient. The pool is awesome for summer hangouts, and they’ve got this outdoor grill area we use for BBQs. The grounds are so green and nice, great for walks after work. The staff, like Maryke and Kylah, are really friendly and help out quick. They throw cool events like Harvest Fest, which makes it feel like a community. Some apartments could use a minor updating, but the space you get for the price is hard to beat in Louisville. Definitely check this place out if you’re looking for a comfy home!

We have been here about two years. It’s in a nice location but the apartments are outdated and rent is high. There have been so many incidents of theft in the community this year and also last year. Cars have been broken down,3-4 cars have been stolen, even items in the basements are being taken.. Vehicles are not safe here. This has become a very common problem.

I've lived at Hurstbourne Grand Apartments for over a year now, and I must say that everyone and everything has been a Great Experience! Each time I contact the leasing office, or the maintenance staff, they are always quick to get in touch with me, or to address what I've asked for in no time flat. The ladies in the leasing office are the BEST!!! They always respond quickly to every inquiry or issue that arises, and they always follow up to make sure the job was done. I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a place to reside, either long or short term, to consider taking a look here.

Hurstbourne located in prime location of Louisville, near to malls, restaurants and Indian grocery market. well maintained, very greenery at all places in the community. staff is very friendly, I visited to Hurstbourne 3 three times before moving and staff received very well and showed and explained very well. roads and lawn are very well maintained. internal roads are wide and parking and taking out your car is so easy. apartment area is bigger than other apartments. over all I rate this as excellent as I dont have any concerns and issues. I would highly recommend this place to live

The Staff is rude and very unprofessional, the new management is awful, I have never in my life received the kind of treatment that I received when I stayed in these apartments. I wouldn’t even recommend them for my worst enemy. It’s the worst place to live and I would recommend if you’re looking for an apartment to please go somewhere else.

Well maintained and located at a prime location in Louisville. Easy access to public commute. Excellent response time to maintenance problems. Pet friendly. Good gym and pool facilities. Ample parking area. Spacious apartments with patio area. One of the best places to stay in Louisville.

I really enjoy the staff here at Hurstbourne Grand. The staff is very kind and professional. The free coffee at the lounge is amazing but my favorite is the landscaping and lawn care.

I have lived here for over 10yrs and gradually watch this community decline. I can appreciate the space and location but they are catering only to one group of people and all others do not matter. I can tell you the maintenance guys that have been here long term are the best thing they have here. They are forcing us to pay for garbage pickup at our door even if we rather walk it ourselves like we have for years. Ali’s for amount of money we pay there are really no upgrades been made except hardwood looking vinyl in entry and kitchen. There is security and cars are broken into all the time. They also aloe children to pay in the parking area and walk in the road instead of sidewalks . It’s really crazy and our lawns are mowed regularly yes but they let garbage lay anywhere unless you call and complain. Because no walks the property anymore or cleans the windows or the hallways. We have to call to get that done also! So don’t be fooled by all these nice reviews look at the names of where they are coming from bc that’s all they care about now. They need to treat everyone the same and upgrade these Apts bc new ones are going up all around us. And look at what we can get for the same or a couple hundred more. I don’t look forward to moving but unless things change soon I will have. I want them to listen to the ones that have been living here for long time don’t we deserve something better. I think NTS would want to know what’s going on over here. So NTS owners please come walk the property unannounced and in each of them and look at the hallways and the grounds. And look at what people keep on their patios. I hate that I have to put a review like this but my complaints have fallen on deaf ears!!!

Beautiful location. Calm atmosphere. Greenish natural environment. Fresh air. Hygienic water. Safety to family. Lot of amenities. Above all excellent Administration team. Quick response service commandos. Really I love all these things. I recommend strongly to those looking for a best place to live in.

The community is a beautiful, well kept and very peaceful place to live in. The office staffs are extremely accommodating and friendly. They are very helpful to your needs and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly and courteous workers. The community is easy to locate and off the main road with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. It is ideally located in an upscale area and very close to public transportation, the bus stop is right outside the apartment. The gym and the tennis court are amazing. Anyone will love the pool with the outdoor grill. Almost anyone could be happy living here. I will definitely call this place "Home".
