Property Ratings at HYDE PARK
Management is great. Apartments are fantastic. Really recommend these apartments.
The apartments are nice. Office takes really great care of you.
Fake five star reviews hype amenities that are minimal and employees that haven't worked there for years. The gym is a large closet with a couple of pieces of equipment. The pool and hot tub were occasionally closed due to an excess of duck poop. We had to put in frequent noise complaints, dealt with unresponsive management and maintenance (not the maintenance people's fault, they usually only hire one contracted maintenance worker and then drop them quickly). There are cockroaches outside, occasional drug deals in the parking lot, and we never heard a thing about our deposit when we moved out. This is not the worst place to live, but it's absolutely not worth the amount they're charging, and their shady practices, like paying for clearly fake reviews, are simply how they operate.
Hyde Park has been so welcoming to my family and I. We were welcomed by the tranquil environment and its people the day we arrived. I'm happy to telk everyone that nothing has changed much since then, it has been just as great. My neighbors have always been super helpful and it's an overall nice experience to be living in such a community. The landscape is extremely wide and beautiful as well. Come visit to check it out for yourself.
It has been quite some time of me living her in Hyde Park with my family. We're a new family and we were looking for an apartment that came with a good number of amenities when we were moving in. Life has been easier for us because our apartment had so many of the things we needed from it. The kitchen had a lot of cabinet space, a dishwasher, a stove and even a refrigerator. We had our own balcony and patio as well as vaulted ceilings. The spa, clubhouse, pool and fitness centers were all bonuses. It has really been great. Hyde Park is the community you definitely want to look at for living in.
When I was looking for a home in Fresno, my first priority was comfort in every aspect of the home I chose. I am so glad that I was able to find an apartment in Hyde Park because it has become the perfect residence for me. With my apartment being so close to the West Shaw Avenue,I've had everything I need within myreach. Shopping, movies, restaurants - you name it, it's all here. My apartment came with a fully equipped kitchen, which is a feature that I've really come to appreciate. Hyde Park has its own pool, spa and clubhouse. I often find myself relaxing there and it's a treat that the clubhouse happens to have free wifi! It really is amazing how I've gotten to enjoy all this with the luxury of the apartment itself being so incredibly spacious and open. If you're looking for a home in Fresno, do check out Hyde Park.
I have rented through Hyde Park apartment homes since 2017 and I just renewed again because I have had a positive life since the beginning, nearly three years ago. I liked living in North Valentine Ave, Fresno, CA where Megan was a kind and responsive Duty Manager. When I was ready for a change, Derek facilitated my transition to a separate property and answered all my questions promptly. I am looking forward to working with Megan now. Several factors made my choice to renew with Hyde Park apartment homes an easy one. The maintenance team is Wonderful. They are professional, efficient and helpful. The resident portal makes it super easy and fast to submit a maintenance request from your phone, tablet or computer. For the past three years, any issues have been addressed immediately, usually within 24-48 hours. The accessibility and responsiveness of local portfolio managers creates a big difference. Derek has been a great resource for our society. Hyde Park apartment homes hosts fun events where you can reach people. I love the summer concert event at City Park. It is always great food and a fun atmosphere. Bless you! My one suggestion to the company is to continue supporting recycling program and enhance its sustainability impact by teaching its new renters. As the Hyde Park apartment homes portfolio grows along with the population of the City of Fresno, there lies an amazing opportunity for local companies, like Cornerstone, to make a positive environmental impact by educating its residents about the value of recycling properly. That could be another way to change from other companies and promote the environment so important to the character of Fresno. Thanks for everything! It continues to be a joy to rent through BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT HOMES IN FRESNO, CA
This is a great place to live! It is in a great location, modern amenities, and spectacular customer service. I've been living here for more than 4 years and I haven't had any problems with the property. The Staff is really accommodating and prompt in their response with your work orders. The maintenance staff is always happy and does a competent job through my experience. Usually they handle work orders within 24 hours if not faster. I pay my rent through online which is great since I don't need to worry about ever being late. Some property managers are old school and don't have these type of systems which is really annoying as a tenant. It seems like the manger is always putting on some type of activity for the tenants. I don't go to all the events but I do appreciate her efforts to create a better community for all the tenants! The property is in great condition. The units are in the process of being upgraded. The community is always clean and safe. I had no problems with parking since they have a parking policy enforced. There are less suspicious people wandering around because of this policy. I would recommend this property to anyone!
I lived at Hyde Park for about one year and I am very pleased with both the apartment and the management team. They do a great job matching roommates and are always careful of their residents' requests. Plus, the management frequently organizes events for the residents. The amenities are really nice and well taken care of, the pool was amazing, for most of the time they are not crowded. For the price, location, and amenities I recommend Hyde Park!
Highly recommend living here. Been here for about two years and very satisfied with my experience here .The staff Megan and Lidia are super friendly and very supportive in any situation you come across.!! They are great with communication. Cant forget about the maintenance, there on it! I had recently put in a work order and it got done the same day! Lots of parking in the gated community. In a good area that is close to highways, restaurants and grocery chains. Well maintain and clean complex overall!
Just a really excellent place to stay in California. Literally just one minute walk from the Golden State Highway. We felt very lucky to stay there. Absolutely beautiful apartment in a sensational location. Very big- you will not feel cramped. There were 3 bedrooms, equipped kitchen and the big bathrooms were very welcome. Electronic safe. The pool area is great - fitness center and clubhouse available. Wonderful, friendly, professional staff always eager to help. Many restaurants, shopping centers, and bars just a few minutes away. Considering the price I paid for the apartment is was excellent value for money. I could not have been happier with this apartment, I would recommend it to anyone and It's perfect if you want for a family to stay. Thanks to everyone at Hyde Park for making my stay in California so enjoyable.
For as much as they charge for these apartments, you would think the parking wouldn’t be an issue? But they charge for that. They have rules, either a stall or a garage, well manager has 1 stall, 3 cars when we’re only allowed 2, and she has 3 garages for her personal storage. Office always refuses to give number for corporate, just careless management. She’s just their to get the free living space for her entire tribe. Her husband does all the work for the apartments and it is VERY sloppy work. I can see this place going down hill which is why I moved. I was here for 3 years and every year got worse and worse. Fitness room is never open because the pool gates are always locked! The management is garbage and will soon tear the entire place down.
Our family last year stayed in the Hyde Park Apartments and had a great experience for the following reasons: 1. The apartments and amenities are great - clean, spacious and well maintained. We are a family of 4 and had lots of space in our room. 2. They are open Monday through Saturday and give us the opportunity to show their beautiful community. Hyde Park Apartments including its pool, great gym and volleyball court. 3. The location is great being actually at the W. Shaw Avenue and close to lots of shopping centers and food outlets. 4. Finally and perhaps most importantly, we found the staff incredibly friendly and helpful. The staff was very helpful with all our requests. Our interactions really made for a great experience. All in all, we thoroughly recommend Hyde Park apartments to anyone.
I moved in 2 months ago, Management called and said my move in date would be pushed back 2 days to install new carpet. On move in day management tells me No NEW Carpet, they were able to save it. First carpet cleaner Co. refused to clean it. Co.#2 did. After 3 days the stains came back, And carpet looked disgusting. i had manager come look at carpet. manager told me she would not replace carpet. Standing face to face in my Apt. I called her a SLUMLORD. A few days later a steam cleaner came. 3 days and stains came back again. Kithchen appliances have not been updated since built 25 years ago. Cabinets are particle board and laminate & it is peeling off. For what i am paying it is in my opinion a rip off. Wave and keep driving.
Moved in not not long ago and all I can say is that they're great! Rooms are spacious, living room is also spacious. It has a nice kitchen and the residents are very friendly! Will definitely recommended to people.
Hyde Park is a nice quaint, essential take on apartments. It is in a great location-close to shops, restaurants, fast food, and the free way. Walking distance to movie theater too! The apartments themselves are clean and well maintained. Appliances are updated and grounds are beautifully kept. Great storage! It is a smaller complex so this means more attention to residents, which definitely shines through when managers know your name! Good pricing for the area, and what you get!! Love it!!
