An absolutely great place to live
I have been living here for over a year and a half and cannot say enough good things about this complex or the owner George. The apartments are spacious, quiet, and well equipped. Central air in the summer with gas heat in the winter. Having my own personal washer and dryer in my apartment, as well as my own hot water tank has been fantastic. When I am inside my apartment, the way the complex is built you forget that you have other people living in the same building because of how quiet it is. George, the owner really cares about this place and about the people who live here. He is extremely friendly and reachable, and make sure that anything that may go wrong is fixed promptly. His assistant, Laura, is equally great. I have lived in a few different different places around Rochester, and this is by far the best.

Great, safe place to live. The landlord is really nice and takes care of his complex by himself. Near shopping centers, and schools. I have been here for over 4 years, and I'm sad that I'm relocating soon to NJ. Which I don't think I'll find a place like this.
