Property Ratings at i5 Union Market Co-Living
My co-living experience was fantastic. From the moment I arrived almost three years ago, the warm and welcoming nature of the apartment made me feel right at home. i5 is a fantastic community, and I appreciate all the events they host to unite residents. The building offers multiple amenities, from a coffee machine to one of the most complete gyms I have ever worked out in.
I stopped by i5 UNion Market today to check out their event space. Dominique helped us out and showed us this beautiful community. Such a great space to host the event in. The views from the rooftop are amazing.
The amenities are good and the price is reasonable (having lived here for both co-living and traditional unit structure). The real reason I stayed at the end of the lease are the people: the community of residents is extremely amiable and social (especially at the penthouse), the front office is cordial and helpful, and the front desk workers (especially Christina, Jhensy, and Yaya) are top-of-the-line. The front desk folks are truly invested in you as a resident and a person, helpful at all times, and among the most compassionate people you will meet.
