Bad management, dirty outside, extremely overpriced for small apartments, they will access your home without you knowing
I've lived here for a year now and will definitely be renewing my lease. The Staff on site, especially Katie, are so responsive and friendly and really make it enjoyable whenever communicating with them. The apartments are new, clean, and modern. Amenities are perfect with the pool/bbq area, gym, cafe, and game room (theres more but thats all I use). Haven't had a single complaint about any neighbor, everyone is friendly, and they hold monthly resident events to meet others. The location is perfect, close to Legacy, I-15, 89, and Trax. Driving takes me 15 minutes to downtown SLC. The mall is close, great food is close...everything is close. No regrets living here.
We just moved in at the end of October and our place is just absolutely beautiful. We love how clean and modern it is. There is so much closet space and the open design is amazing. Katie has been so wonderful thru the whole transition of moving. She does everything that is asked of her and then some. If you are looking for a good place to live you do not need to go any further, please call Katie and she will help you too.
These units are great. Probably the best ,all around. Really nice with all the modern amenities. Management is awesome. 5 star place convientiently located to all your needs.
The staff, especially Meredith made the move in process very simple. The apartments themselves are very modern,clean, and have lots of natural light. The maintenance staff quickly responded to a water leak issue and fixed it promptly. The staff even brought me cookies to apologize for the leak! Station Park is within walking distance, and there is a great view of the surrounding mountains. By far, this is the best place I've rented from.
