It is very hard to get in touch with staff. When we moved in our apartment was not ready to be rented and we were basically told "that sucks". The lack of communication and willingness to make things right is unacceptable. Overall, not the best years spent here.
I like all the amenities and the friendly atmosphere. There are a lot of dogs here but that is ok because I have 2 of my own that love to play. Can’t wait to use the dog spa.

Amenity hours can be a little annoying As everything is off by 10, including the gym. the commute to the third floor with packages or groceries is inconvenient. The snow plowing is a little delayed, but overall clean space and friendly people.

Unfortunately, the building design for apartments on the north side were not configured for heat tape on the roof eves. Hence, ice build up on the roofs edge, gutter, and downspout. Such gets under the roof shingles and water will eventually seep into the wall. What sucks, wanting to enjoy a pleasant day on the balcony only to have melting icicles dripping all over you. Oh, and let's not forget the latter creating an ice rink on the balcony. All that causes the concrete deck to spaw. Short of that, the apartment is fine.

I love living at Icon! The amenities offered are great and used daily. Going to the gym, the pool or taking your dog to the grooming spa, they are amazing to have. These apartments are beautiful. The amenities are also amazing. We turn our heat way down at night and the apartment holds heat very well, hardly dropping degrees over night. I think the only negative is that, like most apartments, you can hear your neighbors.

I love everything about the community except the amount of dogs (pets) -- everywhere I step their is dog wrapped poop and or animal urine (it is even more visible in the snow).

I would recommend this complex to any friend who was finding a place to live. We love the amenities in the clubhouse. The golf simulator, pool/hot tub and fitness center have been awesome to have. The dog wash and dog park is a fantastic option for any dog owners. This community is very dog friendly. We have had a good experience so far.

Love everything this place has to offer, but have had a few challenges since moving in. Mail box does not coincide with the unit # and no one told us the box #. The freezer blower motor is going out and it very loud and the washer had a bad seal. Just some things you’d think would have been reviewed better before someone moving in.

I’ve loved my time here at icon apartment homes. They’re very nice clean modern apartments with plenty to do. The swimming pool is my favorite spot to spend days in the summer. Another one of my favorite things here is the mail room, super easy access to get my packages 24/7. Overall it’s a really great place to live!

Move in was very easy. Able to do paperwork including signing lease online. Amenities are awesome. Lots of upgrades. Apartment is updated, new appliances. My only complaint is, I can hear my neighbors music late at night. Other than that, this is a great place to call home.

The neighborhood is upstanding and friendly. It is centrally located in a convenient location when taking into consideration Gallatin Valley as a whole, great amenities, pleasant neighbors, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful-- overall a great place to live.

We’re on our third year of living here and we love it. Apartments are updated and good looking. Plenty of parking, plus heated garages available to rent (clutch in winter). Plenty of space to walk the dog and very dog friendly neighborhood. Gym & Peloton room are awesome. Plus, walking distance to groceries, restaurants, and so much more. Very happy with our place!

My apt storage is extremely poor. The pantry closet has 3 shelves. The space would allow for 3 more. Same for a couple of the kitchen cabinets. The walk-in closet. The shelving was built so close to the close rack that I loose nearly 1/3 of hanging space. And the elevation of the 2 clothes rods, the upper takes away the use of the shelf. And the lower lends to one's clothes draping the floor. The washer/dryer set up is so close to the door frame that you smack your hand trying to open the machine doors. Short of these issues, not a bad layout. And if I'm critical, that stems from my being a facilities engineering manager. I look at everything.
