First year here was awesome. Property taken care of and pool area very clean. Not so much past year(s). Seems anyone with a credit score can move in now where before it was stricter. Dog poop everywhere and breezeways never blown out. Seems no one gets out and observes complex and with all new apartments being built near us they should for the price of rent here now.

Apartment wasn’t very clean for move in. Garage wasn’t clean either. Had to clean both myself. Garbage disposal didn’t work upon move in. Had to notify maintenance and they fixed it easily. Otherwise smooth move in. Great location and amenities are great.

Positives: Spacious apartments, updated fixtures, great views, great walking areas for dogs including park and spa! Amenities are always clean. Gym has necessary equipment, although I miss a smith machine. Staff is incredible. Internet is convenient with package, but if you are picky look into this. Thank you Kayle and Lyric! Downsides: the lower floors dealing with stomping sounds. To be expected and I know other apartment complex have carpet to resolve this, but I love the hardwood floors. Good news is you can’t hear the neighbors through the walls. Also wish there was a carwash area.

Overall we have been very happy with our experience at Icon. Maintenance is always fast and effective, staff is friendly and maintains communication. The apartments are a little on the noisy side, our upstairs neighbors have at least one dog that we can often hear and with it being located close to Pellissippi parkway there is traffic noise. I wish the residents would take more care to respect the amenities, as there have been a few cases of negligence that lead to amenities being closed for everyone. Overall a nice place to live.

Making the move from the west coast was not the easiest thing on my family but Icon of Hardin Valley made it as smooth and easy as possible. I have lived here for approx. a month now and have had an excellent experience. They have been very accommodating to all my wants and needs. This is a beautiful complex in a terrific destination. We love it here! Clean and well kept. Maintenance team is always on top of any issues and the office staff are always ready to help. The grounds are lovely with beautiful views of the Cumberland Mountains and Smoky Mountains. The apartments are top of the line luxury. Love that all floors have LVT instead of carpeting. Lots of window so lots of natural light flows in. Great kitchen appliances. Has a side by side refrigerator with water and ice in the door. Very rare in apartment living. Beautiful pool area, hot tub fire pit and a huge outdoor covered dining area with pizza oven and gas grills. The pool has two Baja shelves with lounges and a very shallow area great for very young children. It has wide stairs into the pool for anyone with mobility issues. The grills are cleaned every morning! Lots of lounge chairs and sturdy umbrellas. I describe it looking like a spa. I just can’t say enough about this place. It’s simply perfect!

I’ve been living at Icon for almost a year now. When moving to the Knoxville area, I explored so many apartments and experienced so many different types of tours. Icon was by far the most welcoming and made us feel instantly at home. When speaking with the Icon team when it came to things like our application, move-in time frame, and other questions we had, they were so polite, respectful, and beyond helpful. The amities offered are very nice as well! As a student, having the study room available and even the outdoor sitting areas have been a major perk. The main perk being the pizza oven and grills! Our apartment is very up to date and spacious. The view is also one of the best parts about the location. The residents at Icon are also very friendly and welcoming. Overall, I would highly recommend the Icon at Harden Valley apartments to anyone looking for apartments in the West Knoxville area.

The icon at Hardin Valley has very high end features and amenities I actually want to use! The community feels very safe and is well lit without blinding you through your windows at night

Oh my gosh! We love the way they take care of us! So kind and patient, very helpful with getting our apartment perfect! Great view with spacious rooms.
