I moved in January 2025. I have really loved being here. First the apartments are so nice, spacious, and updated. I have needed maintenance a couple times for basic things, and they get it done very timely and have done a good job. The office staff is very good at handling issues or answering questions. I plan to renew my list at this point for sure.

My dog, Koda, and I moved to Icon after a big life change. I was a little afraid of trying to make a new home for myself but Icon has made it easy. My neighbors are so friendly, I never hear anyone beside me because the apartments are made very well, we love going to the dog park on premise each day and the club house feels like a mini vacation. Not to mention, the gals that work in the front office are so kind and they are ON IT whenever there's any kind of issue. I can't recommend this apartment enough. It's a little piece of heaven in Knox.

We love our new home. The layout is super spacious and offers lots of storage. The grounds are well kept with beautiful Mountain Views visible all through the community and plenty of greenery. The amenities are great too - very comfortable WFH spaces, including the outside areas. It feels as though we’re are living at a resort. Really excited to part of the Icon community!

The staff is absolutely wonderful!! So helpful and kind! The apartment itself is really nice, and the area is beautiful! Amenities are great too! Only downside is all the flooring is linoleum, which we love, except it means we can hear every tiny step from the neighbor above us. There are also a lot of dogs that bark.

Great team, super responsive and polite. I wasn’t able to tour my apartment before moving but any questions that I had were usually answered within 24 hours. When someone wasn’t able to answer the office phone I left a voicemail and always heard back.

The apartment community is laid out very nicely and noise has been minimal since we’ve moved in. Having a temporary dumpster that isn’t a compactor would be nice to have near every block of buildings.

First year here was awesome. Property taken care of and pool area very clean. Not so much past year(s). Seems anyone with a credit score can move in now where before it was stricter. Dog poop everywhere and breezeways never blown out. Seems no one gets out and observes complex and with all new apartments being built near us they should for the price of rent here now.

Apartment wasn’t very clean for move in. Garage wasn’t clean either. Had to clean both myself. Garbage disposal didn’t work upon move in. Had to notify maintenance and they fixed it easily. Otherwise smooth move in. Great location and amenities are great.

Positives: Spacious apartments, updated fixtures, great views, great walking areas for dogs including park and spa! Amenities are always clean. Gym has necessary equipment, although I miss a smith machine. Staff is incredible. Internet is convenient with package, but if you are picky look into this. Thank you Kayle and Lyric! Downsides: the lower floors dealing with stomping sounds. To be expected and I know other apartment complex have carpet to resolve this, but I love the hardwood floors. Good news is you can’t hear the neighbors through the walls. Also wish there was a carwash area.

Icon has amazing amenities as well as apartments. The complex is quiet, clean and beautiful. The team has been so helpful so far with our many questions. 24/7 maintenance has also been spectacular.

Moving in, especially with communication with the leasing office, was a bit chaotic. The apartment needed some tlc even though they are relatively new, but the area is nice. The clubhouse is cool.

Overall we have been very happy with our experience at Icon. Maintenance is always fast and effective, staff is friendly and maintains communication. The apartments are a little on the noisy side, our upstairs neighbors have at least one dog that we can often hear and with it being located close to Pellissippi parkway there is traffic noise. I wish the residents would take more care to respect the amenities, as there have been a few cases of negligence that lead to amenities being closed for everyone. Overall a nice place to live.

Making the move from the west coast was not the easiest thing on my family but Icon of Hardin Valley made it as smooth and easy as possible. I have lived here for approx. a month now and have had an excellent experience. They have been very accommodating to all my wants and needs. This is a beautiful complex in a terrific destination. I had a few questions and maintenance concerns that were always handled within the same day and they always made sure we felt comfortable. I would recommend this complex to anyone who is new in the area and is looking for a family friendly, safe place to live.
