Living here has far better than any other property I’ve lived at. Management is super helpful, ready to answer any questions, and They made me feel right at home. My unit was so clean and very presentable.

The management team at Thayer Point Apartments in Killeen, TX, used $440 of my $500 deposit after moving out to superficially touch up my apartment that looked the same when I moved in. I stayed there for six months. I was not even present in the apartment for two of those months, with no pets or damages. This is ABSURD, and I don’t recommend Thayer Point Apartments in Killen, TX. You will be surprisingly disappointed in the end. That was hard-earned money from Uncle Sam!
