Property Ratings at Icon at Norman
The apartment I requested was not available so I chose another apartment in hopes that the one I wanted would come available. When I decided not to wait for an apartment and request a portion of my deposit back, they told me no. Very unfair!
I have been looking for more than a year and you won't find any better than this.
