I like the apartment because: 1. I feel safe and secured. It is a gated area and they are really closing the gate 2. Quiet place and close to nature. It feels like I am in the park 3. Great costumer service, very friendly staff and attends to your concern promptly 4. Walking distance to Martha/ train station 5. Near the shopping area, hospital, pharmacy 6. Appliances are all working great. Not old. **Area for improvement is the steep staircase, I suggests to place a ramp so it is easy to push the strollers/bags with wheels rather than carrying them up and down**

This complex came under new management a few months ago and it has been steadily going downhill ever since. The first thing the new owners did was hike the rent nearly 20% while adding no value to the living experience. The security gate has been in poor repair and the number of police officers onsite went from 4 to just 1. The dog poop bags are frequently out of stock and there is dog poop all over the place as a result. They are charging premium prices for cheaply renovated apartments with poor management, so I highly suggest you take your money elsewhere where you can get a much better value.

After living here for almost a year i have yet to see what is "luxury" about it. The apartments craftmanship and construction are laughable at best. You can tell they were just slapped together in the quickest way possible to get a tenant in fast. It seems as if there is little to no insolation as well. You can clearly hear conversations your neighbors are having. If youre on a lower level you will constantly and loudly hear people walking around above you. As the floors of these old buildings creak loudly. And i mean loud. So if you're a light sleeper, good luck. The complex has released announcements regarding people smoking weed and cigarettes in the units on more than one occasion. So that seems to be an ongoing issue for a lot of tenants, myself included as these smells seep into my unit on a regular basis. So if you're into second-hand smoke this may be the place for you! I will say the staff is friendly and management for the most part will handle any issues like a clogged sink fairly quickly. However, it takes more than a friendly staff to make a place enjoyable to live. Aside from that, im fairly confident you could find a better place to live for the same price as here.

I absolutely love living here. I moved to Decatur from out of state a couple months ago and my new neighbors and Novo staff have really made me feel at home. The property is mostly quiet, guarded by security, has a quick maintenance team, and the staff throws resident events! We had the cutest wine and whiskey night the other day and it was awesome. I am really happy I chose to move in here and would highly recommend it to anyone else looking to move to this area.
Yes, they are still remodeling. But, you know that moving in. With that there are some bumps in the road, but the staff is EXTREMELY attentive if you bring the problems up to them. The office makes it easy to communicate with them and they will let you know if there is anything that will impact the whole community. It is gated, clean, and most everyone here keeps to themselves (no obnoxious neighbors). It being right across from a MARTA line is wonderful and super affordable. It is worth it to stop by and check out.
I’ve been living here for about a month now, apartments are not that bad for the way they use to be. One thing I dislike about this place is they are renting out apartments when they are still not finished renovating the place. For the past two weekends they had to shut the water off on the property due to some leak, they said it would be from 10am to 2pm and it ended up being a whole day type of thing. So far in my apartment, are A/C has not been working, are thermostat is at an average 80 degrees all day everyday which is insane I have a child who lives in my apartment with me. The previous property I stayed at it was an emergency if the A/C was not working and if there was a child living there it would have to be fixed right away. But here they kind of shrug their shoulders about it.
